Gather at the dining table for special meals, then unwind in the living room with your favorite TV shows. A bonus upstairs living room offers plenty of space for your group to spread out. Extra perks include a second fridge in the dedicated laundry room and central air-conditioning for added comfort. Sip morning coffee on your furnished front porch, or kick back and relax on the back patio overlooking the lush backyard - perfect for family-friendly yard games. The house has high speed wi-fi and 4 smart TVs for access to guests own Netflix and other streaming accounts.

Parking: 

Guests may not park their car in the grassy public area as the HOA will write up a violation and impose a fine. The only parking available is in the garage or on the driveway.

Other details to note: 

Our unit does not have a community pool, but guests staying at the Preserve at Lake Powell are a 5-minute drive/15-minute walk to the beach! Other nearby beaches include Pier Park, Camp Helen, and Rosemary Beach. You'll also love being situated close to all the area attractions, restaurants, and shops.

If your reservation dates include a stayover on Monday, please put the trash can at the curb on Monday evening.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
