Located in the gated community of Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort. Hidden Dunes is a low-density, gated community spread across 27 manicured acres. It offers mature natural vegetation, walking paths, lighted fountains, and pools. Flanked by single-family home neighborhoods on both sides, the resort provides incredible views of the sunrise, dolphins playing, sunsets, and seasonal fireworks from the large private balcony.

Our unit is on the 3rd floor

This unit has undergone a complete renovation, featuring a fully remodeled kitchen with white quartz countertops, tall white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a new built-in bar for entertainment. The master bath has been updated with a spacious walk-in shower, and the guest suite boasts new countertops and custom tile work. Enjoy stunning sunsets or pool views from your private balcony.

Parking: 

Register at Security Gate upon arrival. After doing so, guests may park up to two vehicles.

You will have access to covered garage parking, which is strictly for Gulfside 1 owners and guests! Upon arrival, check in with the front guard, who will issue a parking pass after learning what unit you are renting. This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay.

Other details to note: 

The fitness center is located on 1st floor, take a right and you'll find it near the pool.

Grilling areas on the Hidden Dunes Property: You’ll find grilling areas 1) just outside the large pool gates, 2) by the tennis/pickleball courts, and 3) by the smaller pool. The grills do not use charcoal.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
