• My Happy Place

  We have had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was more elegant than expected. Beds were comfortable including the bunkbeds! Kitchen completely supplied with everything you could need including brand new refrigerator. We spent hours every day on the patio with spectacular views of the beach, ocean and beyond. The longest we waited for the elevators was 15 minutes and thats in the middle of the busiest time. We will definitey stay here again!!!

• Perfect location

  This was the perfect condo for our group of 9 to spend a week together at the beach. It is spacious and provided everything needed to prepare meals in the gorgeous kitchen. We appreciated the beach wagon. It was very useful to tote all of our beach gear the short walk to the beach. A few restaurants, coffee shops and stores are within walking distance.

• Magnificent

  This unit is very nice! It is certainly spacious and furnishings are updated and very nice. We are a family of 5 that stayed in this unit. The thought that went in to what makes it home for a week was definitely there. I have a 10 year old son who somehow became a hotel snob. This won his approval and fast. I have to say in all my years of vacationing in condos, this one is superior. I’ve seen negative reviews, however please keep in mind these are condos and the staff at the resort shouldn’t reflect the unit. The security staff did an excellent job. Renters need to understand that this is condo living on the coast. You are provided a complimentary roll of paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, however if your usage exceeds that, add it to your grocery list. They do not stock your fridge either, so just add paper products to your grocery list. We had a wonderful week in an outstanding superior unit. Thank you so much for the comforts of home.

• Pool + Beach + Golf Cart - Great Escape

  My family of 5 had the best vacation staying @ 315! We vacation to this area often & have never found a more cost effective rental than this one. The connivence alone is worth the say. A short walk -or- golf cart ride to the beach, a brand new pool (heated -or- chilled), and the ability to rent the owners golf cart made this trip so easy and enjoyable for my family. Not to mention, you’re minutes away from Rosemary Beach. The home itself was clean & in great condition -and- the owners were highly responsive from start to finish. I’d highly recommend this vacation spot, hard to match the value in and around the Inlet/Rosemary/PCB beach area.

• Beautiful home walking distance to restaurants

  We loved staying at this house for a girls weekend. The house is new, clean, and has tons of room. We loved the huge kitchen and nice, comfy furniture in the living room. We especially loved the 4 big bedrooms each with a connected full bath! Perfect for everyone getting ready at the same time. We walked to Barcelona wine bar for dinner and it was amazing. Their are other restaurants walkable nearby like Sadie’s, Jack Browns, Bella Napoli Pizza, and More! It’s a great neighborhood to be in as it has a more residential feel as opposed to the busy downtown.

• This is the perfect place for a couple who is getting away for a night or two. Location is great and the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathroom if you wanted to utilize the pool.

• This is my 2nd time staying in this condo and I love it! It’s right in rosemary beach where you can walk to so many restaurants and bars! The condo itself is on the smaller side but super comfy and cozy and very clean! I hope to stay here again. It is the perfect spot for two people with so much to do within walking distance.

The was clean, well designed, and put together for the space. The king bed is comfortable with snow white linens. The hosts folded two swans on the bed. We were so pleased when we came in. Sadly, we had to visit for the death of my husbands mother, and it cheered our weary souls.

• We booked a last minute family beach trip for Labor Day weekend and David’s place was great! It had everything we needed for a family of 5. The only complaint we had was the king size bed in the master was way too soft. Besides that everything else was as described and would definitely book again. We enjoyed using the golf cart provided to get around the resort grounds and to the beach. We all enjoyed our stay! Thanks David!

Tennessee is beautiful within itself but this home was so charming clean beautiful high end EVERYTHING down to the utensils! • Location was beautiful. Great view of the beach. We went 4th of July week so the elevators at the condo often had a wait. My kids loved the bunk beds and I loved they had their own private bath. • Family friendly, spacious condo

  The First part of our vacation was spent at Blue Sea 403 and it was AMAZING! It’s so hard to find family friendly options (y’all know we have a large family) and this one was perfect. The condo is very spacious and has everything that we needed for the stay. It’s across from the beach so easy peasy acess with all the littles. The pool was a big hit and was never crowded. It was a very calm, layed back environment. The kids loved eating breakfast out back and watching the turtles on the lake. The Ferris wheel changing colors from the back deck was also a hit with them. The older kids loved how close we were to pier park and walked it numerous times. Every room has tv with cable and all apps already signed in so us mamas can turn on kid shows and unpack without chaos. All in all this was such a much needed, relaxing vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

• David was a great host! Upon arrival, we found out that the room we originally booked was not available due to a maintenance issue. However, David was quick to respond and actually provided us with a massive upgrade at a different property. During our stay, he answered any questions we had. The tram is great to have for getting to and from the beach and shopping areas. The pools and hot tubs are also wonderful. David was great on communicating on the entrance code that I had a problem. He answered right away and was able to get in. Hot tub was a great feature I used. • David sent very clear instructions on how to find and get into unit; Which made check in VERY easy … He’s also super responsive and fast.. I decided to extend my stay and he accepted it immediately! The mattress on the bed was A-MAZING !!! Came home and ordered one lol! has pretty much everything you need.. Private beach access was easy to find as well thanks to his instructions… Definitely will be booking another stay with him! He has MULTIPLE listings!

• Met Every Expectation

  I’ve stayed many places over the years. This place is probably the best experience I ever had. The hosts provided every possible convenience and item you would ever need. The televisions, Wi-Fi connections, plug- ins for electronic devices and more were all accounted for. It’s like they planned for everything a family could need. 

  The house was gorgeous and just steps away from the pool. The beach itself was flat and the dropoff was very gradual and user friendly. The hosts provided all of the beach chairs, beach bags and water toys. Each floor has a balcony and the bedrooms were well apportioned. The crib, high chair and pack in play were nice touches when traveling with babies and toddlers. It was just like staying at home. I give this place my highest recommendation.

• Plenty of beach equipment

  The house has all the beach equipment you can hope for - beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, wagon and toys. No need to bring anything. Great location right across the street from the beach. Everyone commented that this is the best house we have stayed in and we have been traveling together for a few years now. Great communication with the host - quick to answer any questions we had. Only negative we experienced is there was a lot of seaweed the week we stayed there. Of course, that can’t be helped sometimes.

• Perfect family beach trip!

  My family had the most beautiful beach trip while staying at this property. It was my husband and myself, my in-laws, and our three children (3 and under). The home was perfect for us. There was plenty of space, very clean, and perfectly stocked. We did not have to lug all the baby equipment, as they already had what we needed. The home had gorgeous views and was a very short walk to the beach. We hope to return next year!

• Spacious Family Friendly Location

  This house was lovely, updated and had room for everyone. The 3 king bedrooms allowed for plenty of adult space and the double queen room and bunk room were perfect for the kids in our group. All rooms had new and working smart TVs, multiple outlets and usb plugs and were laid out allowing for plenty of space to move around and store all your belongings. All the beds were super comfortable too! The kitchen was well stocked and easily manageable for our group. Having the laundry on the bottom floor was nice and quiet. It was so nice to have access to all the beach chairs, wagons and pool towels provided. 

  The location on 30A was perfect. Quick drive to Dune Allen area and on the other side an easy bike ride to Alys and Rosemary. The only downside to the location is toting all your gear down to the beach. It’s a short walk but going up and down the stairs to the beach is taxing with small children and all their things. 

  Overall a wonderful family destination!

• Fall Break

  We had an amazing time during our stay at Solar Therapy. We loved the location - away from the busyness of Rosemary and Seacrest Village but only a 5 minute bike ride away. We walked to Charlie’s Donut Truck in Aly’s Beach in the mornings and the Hub is about 2 miles the other way. It’s an easy 5 min walk to the beach, which is in an area without many people at all - wonderful! 

  The house is spacious - we had 2 families and never felt cramped. The owner, Terry, was super quick to respond with any questions. It is also extremely well stocked. We couldn’t believe all of the beach equipment - chairs, umbrellas, boogy boards, sand toys, a wagon and even a large cooler . And lots of beach towels! One thing I loved about the house were all of the hooks for hanging towels and swimsuits. A huge plus! The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of them. There is also a water view from the front porches. 

  We rented bikes from Big Fish Bike Rentals and they delivered the bikes , which were in great condition. 

  We will definitely rent from these owners again, can’t wait to come back!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Solar Therapy 30A! It is really just as the pictures show, the house is very clean, brightly decorated and well furnished. The beds were all very comfortable and we love that there were three kings as we have three sets of a adults. The amenities provided were amazing! More than enough beach chairs, a wagon, pool toys and floats. Kitchen had everything we could have wanted with the only exception being a crockpot. We used the gril many times. The pool is great! Cute little courtyard and a nice way to change it up when you’ve had a too much saltwater for the day. Owners are very responsive and easy to communicate with. 

  While I can’t say a single “con” for this house a few things we we weigh in deciding if we come back next year. The walk to the beach isn’t bad but it’s a haul with several little kids, and you have to go down two flights of wooden stairs once getting to the beach. There isn’t much to do for even activities near by. Rosemary beach (1mile away) is a VERY high end area and all shops close at 6-7 leaving Panama City (25 minute drive) as the closer option. The Hub (5 minutes away maybe) was cool but also very expensive and not much other than food. This is our 7th year coming to the area with my parents my family of four and my brother’s family of four. This was a nice change of pace and absolutely enjoyable just very different than staying in PCB. I don’t believe anyone would ever be disappointed in staying here!!

• Perfect Home for 30A Family Getaway

  Our family spend the week to celebrate my Mom's 70th. The house was a perfect location with just a short walk to the beach. Both Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are only about about a mile down the road. The Hub is closely too and a great place for food, drinks and music (very family friendly). A running/biking path is just across the street. The bedrooms were spacious and great porches with views of the ocean. A great open kitchen and living space. Terry was very accommodating and quick to respond to our inquires. We would definitely stay again next time we visit. Thanks!

• Property was stunning despite the hurricane!

  "Our family has been taking trips to the panhandle since about 1985. We have stayed in many of the towns and in houses, condos, and villas. Without a doubt this was one of the best places we have stayed. It is as described and has plenty of room for couples and families travelling together. We did experience the red tide and an emergency evacuation for hurricane Michael only a couple of days into the trip. The Allen's were prompt in reaching out to us and maintaining communication throughout the whole experience. Although we were upset that we didn't get to enjoy the home like we had planned, we will definitely be contacting the Allen's in the future to stay are their gorgeous home. We were able to use the pool which was absolutely lovely. Also, the location is 2nd to none on the panhandle. 

  I just want to thank you again for your communication and appreciate the partial refund for the days we were unable to be there. It was able to help us pay for our plan B trip to Chattanooga to continue making memories with our family.

• Fall Break Perfection

  We stayed at Solar Therapy 30A during our October fall break for the second time. There were four families with a total of six kids varying from ages 2-15, and we had plenty of space and never felt cramped. The bunk room shows beds for three, but we have twice now used a spare mattress found in one of the closets to lay under the loft bunk for the five year old to feel part of the group when she chose to sleep with the big kids. The beach entry is a short 5 minute walk that was handled easily by the five year old. Because Red Tide was in the area during the last part of the trip, we used the pool for the first time. It is a really nice, well-kept pool area that we honestly missed during our first stay. If we have an opportunity to stay here again, I believe we will definitely make more use of the pool and it's close proximity to the house. The house itself was clean, well-stocked, nice linens and towels, and the bathrooms have been well maintained. This is our favorite house that we've stayed in along 30A!

• Comfortable and relaxing!

  Solar therapy 30A was wonderful! Our two families had more than enough room! I have never stayed in a place more comfortable. The home was well equipped with beach towels and all the beach essentials! I was so happy with the wonderful beds and cotton quilts!   It’s always hard to find a beach house, that is large enough for the entire family, close to the beach, and in an area that is gorgeous! This house is one of our favorites!! It was baby and kid friendly, which is always a must for us. The pool and beach are close enough that everyone in the family can do what they want without having to go out of the way.

• Perfect weather and distance to beach

  Well furnished and ample space for multiple families. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front deck looking at gulf view. Also enjoyed mid-morning bike rides on walking path along 30a and then spending remainder of day at beach. The beach was a short walk to an uncrowded spot. Lots of nice tommy Bahama backpack chairs for our group of 10 and a Weber gas grill as well.

• Love this property - this was our fourth time to stay here.

  Our family of 12 fits nicely in this house - 1 set of grandparents,

  2 daughters with husbands, and 6 grand kids ages 9-16. There is plenty of room to spread out - the teens tend to hang out on the middle balcony to visit; the younger grands like their 'private' TV room upstairs; the grandparents like the lower balcony off their very comfortable master suite; and adult children enjoy having the den to themselves for games & TV. The kitchen is nicely equipped (we cook all our meals in - getting fresh seafood several times), the beach access is convenient and the beach is never crowded. The owners furnish beach chairs, beach towels, beach wagon, and other things that make us not have to carry so much down ourselves. The bed linens are wonderful. After 4 years of use, the house still looks fresh and clean. We plan to rent it again next year.

• Nice home, close to beach. View of water from great room.

  The house had everything we needed for our group of 7 adults and 2 children. The walk was not bad to the beach. Five minutes, we were fine with a 3 and 6 year old. There were steps down to the beach but less than some areas along 30a. Beds were very comfortable! Plenty of privacy, with bedrooms being separated on different floors. Loved having the ice maker! Great for filling our beach coolers. Having beach chairs,towels and toys was nice-we didn’t need to bring those. There was also a large beach tent and wagon-we didn’t use but they were in great shape. We biked to Rosemary and Ally’s beach and Sea Grove. Very nice bike ride. Ally’s and Rosemary would probably have been walkable, but it was a little too hot for us to walk there.

• Couples Retreat 2018

  4 couples on a weekend getaway! Great house - not to far to the beach. Plenty of room to spread out. As far as we could tell there was everything that you needed in the house. No need to bring beach gear - if you needed it they probably had it (except for umbrellas but we had brought a tent). Would highly recommend.

• Best of the Best, Between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

  This is a well maintained beach house and as you can tell from the website, very comfortable. We come back. 

  Every season there is something new. A new under counter ice maker, 20 beach towels and a washer/dryer sized for laundering them come to mind. We found every possible kid-beach toy and wagon so didn't need to purchase them. The kids LOVE that beach toy closet. Ensuite bedrooms, memory foam beds, great linens. 

  The VRBO photos are up to date with the look of the house. You can tell the owners have professionals at work to keep things very clean and fresh. Wifi and electronics are GREAT. 

  Seacrest Beach views and access are a big draw, but having the pool just down a little shaded boardwalk = ease in taking little ones out / bringing them back for naps. By the way, they have a crib in one of the king bedrooms. 

  Just a few minutes from Bud and Alley's in Seaside in one direction and The Pearl's Havana dining is close in the other direction. 

  $35 beach umbrella/chair set ups happen, even at last minute. Same company will set up a beach bonfire. 

  We missed one year when we waited until President's Day to book - plan ahead.

• Third year - we love it!

  This was our third summer to spend a week hanging out at Solar Therapy 30A. It's the perfect size for our extended family - Grandparents and two families with young kids. Each couple can get their own king sized bed, and the kids have the bunk room and the double queen room on the second floor. Can't wait for next year!

• Great Vacation Home

  Owners provided everything you needed and a little more for a great beach trip. House was well equipped for children. Walk to the beach was not bad (and we had 3 small children and all the supplies that go along with it). Only complaint was that we had to wash several sets of bedding that were not clean. Overall, it was a great house and we would definitely come back!

  A very comfortable house for our family - 2 Grandparents, 2 daughters & husbands, 6 grandkids ages 8-15. Convenient to beach - a very uncrowded beach. Nice big swimming pool on our community property. Especially enjoy home because nice beach chairs, very nice beach towels, and a fair amount of beach toys are available for our use. Plus a wagon to help tote them to the beach which is just a short walk away. Linens on bed are especially comfortable. We've just had our third year at this home and it still looks as fresh as it did the first time we used it.

  Numerous pluses for this 3 floor house across the street from Seacrest Beach:

  • 1. Lots of options for a big family thanks to 5 bedrooms (4 full bathrooms). Comfortable beds too.
  • 2. Very nice, large swimming pool for the community of houses (about 20) and it was only 75 yds. away.
  • 3. Well equipped kitchen (big ice maker!) and a good Weber outside grill.
  • 4. Nice views from main floor and 3rd floor balconies.
  • 5. Lots of beach & pool stuff provided.
  • 6. Plenty of beach towels. About a 2 block walk (maybe 5 Min.)to the beach.

  We've been going to solar therapy for 4 years. The whole family loves it kids grandkids and of course grandma and grandpa. The grandkids start a count down after the 1st of the year.

• Perfect place for a family vacation!

  This was by far the best vacation ever! My entire family, 8 adults and 2 small children, enjoyed everything about this home. It was stocked with everything we needed and the layout was perfect. It is very apparent that the Allen's have put alot of thought into making it a home away from home for their guests. The beach access was convenient as well as the swimming pool. We had great weather so were able to enjoy the porches on all three levels. The view from the 3rd floor is incredible! We plan to return to Solar Therapy soon. • Surpassed Our Expectations

  Have rented many VRBOs in the past and have always been pleased. But, the amenities of this rental surpassed our expectations. Very well furnished with plenty of room for the 10 of us who started the week and the two additional that finished the week with us. The extras (beach towels, beach equipment, beach toys, linens, etc.) were above and beyond anything we have experienced before. The kitchen was well equipped, including the ice machine that was a very pleasant surprise and a great addition. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach to the south and to the pool north. Will consider this location the next time a beach escape is needed.

• Perfect home for a multi family beach vacation

  The house was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of sleeping space for our group. The pool was just across from the house making for a quick dip in the evenings after beach time. The beach access was a breeze for adults but a little tiresome for little ones. There was plenty of beach equipment and towels though we brought our own so we didn't need them. Only drawback was the grill needed some upkeep, there was propane but it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. The owners were very responsive when an issue came up. Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend.

  Solar Therapy exceeded our expectations! This was our 3rd trip to 30A and this house was definitely the best we have rented. The house is super nice and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies are spectacular. We love this neighborhood. It's always quiet and the pool is never crowded. It's a short walk to the beach which is also not crowded. 

  We will continue vacationing on 30A and would definitely rent this house again. Thank you to the owners for making the rental process so easy. They were very responsive to any questions that we had about the house.

• Perfect Vacation!

  This was our second year in a row to stay at Solar Therapy 30A, and once again it exceeded expectations. We had 6 adults and 5 children under 5, and this home met our needs perfectly. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. The uncrowded beach is a short walk away, and the community pool is just a few steps from the house.

  The owners provide beach chairs, but to minimize the amount of stuff we needed to haul to the beach each day (5 kids under 5!), we used Dillon's Beach Services to set up chairs and umbrellas. The house-provided wagon and beach toys came in handy.

  We love to go to George's for lunch, and the kids enjoyed movie night at The Hub, both of which are close by and out of the hustle and bustle of Seaside.

  We had a great time and are looking forward to next year!
