30aSeascapes began with a love for the beach, Southern hospitality, and time spent with family. Today, that family-run foundation supports a vacation rental and property management company with more than 400 rentals across Florida’s Emerald Coast and select Tennessee markets.
Our portfolio spans Panama City Beach, 30A, Miramar Beach, Sandestin, Destin, and surrounding coastal communities, along with Nashville and other Tennessee destinations. From beachfront condos and resort retreats to family homes and city getaways, we help guests find a stay that fits their trip.

Meet Dragana Andes
Dragana Andes — Chief Operating Officer
Dragana leads the day-to-day operations of 30aSeascapes, bringing organization, attention to detail, and a personal commitment to the guest and owner experience. She supports the team, develops efficient systems, and helps keep communication and property care consistent as the company grows. Her hands-on leadership connects the daily details with the larger goal: a dependable experience for everyone who stays with us or entrusts us with their home.
Outside of work, Dragana enjoys traveling and spending time with David and their children. Her interests in reading, art, classical music, and photography reflect the creativity and care she brings to both family life and the business.

David Andes — Founder & CEO
David founded 30aSeascapes with a perspective shaped by his own experience as a property owner and real estate investor. With more than 35 years in commercial real estate, he brings practical knowledge of property investment and a focus on long-term rental performance. His vision continues to guide the company: attentive property care, clear communication, and a team that understands what matters to owners and guests.
What began with a love for beach getaways and family time has grown into a business built around helping others enjoy those same experiences. Outside of work, David enjoys traveling with Dragana and their children, playing squash, and attending football, tennis, and baseball events.
Built from the Owner’s Seat
30aSeascapes was built from the owner’s seat. As vacation rental owners ourselves, we understand the importance of protecting a property, generating rental income, and having a dependable team to care for both the home and its guests. That firsthand experience continues to guide how we manage every property entrusted to us.
Our approach combines attentive property care, responsive communication, and a focus on long-term rental performance. From coordinating housekeeping and maintenance to supporting guests throughout their stay, our team handles the daily details that make a difference. We want owners to feel informed and confident, and guests to feel welcomed and cared for. Our team is available to assist owners and guests seven days a week, from 8am to 10pm Central.

Behind every 30aSeascapes stay is a local team that knows our properties and the communities around them. From helping guests prepare for arrival to answering questions during their visit, we bring personal attention and local knowledge to the vacation experience.
That care extends beyond guest communication. Our team coordinates housekeeping, checks property conditions, and arranges maintenance to keep homes ready for each arrival. When an issue needs attention, we work together to address it and keep the right people informed. It’s the daily, hands-on work that helps guests enjoy their stay and gives owners confidence that their property is being cared for.
