Dragana Andes CEO As COO of 30A Seascapes, Dragana oversees the day-to-day operations that keep the company running smoothly. With a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, she ensures a seamless experience for both property owners and guests. Dragana is dedicated to building efficient systems, supporting the team, and maintaining the high standards that define 30A Seascapes. Her organizational skills, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence help drive the company's continued growth and success. Outside of work, Dragana enjoys spending time with her husband and children, traveling, and creating meaningful family memories. She also finds inspiration in reading, art, classical music, and photography, which reflect her creativity and thoughtful approach to both life and business.

David is the founder of 30A Seascapes, a premier vacation rental and property management company built on an owner-first philosophy. As a successful real estate investor himself, he understands the challenges property owners face and is committed to maximizing long-term profitability—not just occupancy. With more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, David brings extensive market expertise, strategic insight, and a powerful industry network to every client relationship. In 2009, he received the CoStar Power Broker Award, recognizing him as one of Atlanta’s top-performing brokers. An active investor in both commercial and residential properties across the U.S. and abroad, David combines professional excellence with real-world ownership experience. When he’s not focused on real estate, he enjoys traveling and creating lasting memories with his wife and children—the inspiration behind 30A Seascapes. David is a passionate sports enthusiast; he enjoys playing squash, while also following football, tennis, and baseball. He especially enjoys attending sporting events whenever he has the opportunity.
