Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The Bunk Room has twin over twin bunk beds and a door for privacy. Bunk Area Weight Limit 120 Pounds. The Bunk room also has its own flat screen TV, so it is perfect for kids. This room also has its own full bathroom attached, where you will find the full size front-load washer and dryer.

Welcome to our stylish and totally renovated high floor condo at the popular Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach. The condo is on the 17th floor, giving you perfect view of the ocean, dolphins and pelicans flying altitude. Direct pool and GULF VIEWS from master bedroom and living room. The perfect place for a relaxing stay on the Emerald Coast with your family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the housewares and appliances you will need for meal preparation.  There are also four comfortable bar stools for casual dining at the breakfast bar.

Parking:

You may purchase only one parking pass for this unit. If you have more than 1 vehicle, you will need to park off-site (details below).
 
Required Guest Registration
All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we’ll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet.

Onsite Parking Details
Use the main entrance portico when you arrive.
Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass.
Garage height limit: 6’10” – Low clearance and tight turns.
Oversized vehicles (over 6’7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.
 
Additional Parking Notes
Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them at (850) 896-5434 for onsite parking issues.
 
Offsite Parking Options
If you’re bringing an additional vehicle, you’ll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley’s Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner. There are 3 more public parking locations we will share with booking guests. Use the Passport Parking App to pay and manage your parking: you may download via App Store or Google Play or simply visit passportparking's website.  For questions about city lots, contact Public Works.

While staying at the Shores of Panama, you’ll be minutes away from everything you could need! You’ll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley’s Museum. You’ll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area. 
 
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids’ meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
