Welcome to Unit A318 at Top of the Gulf, a bright and updated 3rd-floor studio just steps from the sand! This beachside retreat sleeps 4 with two queen beds, a full kitchen, and a partial Gulf view. Enjoy resort amenities including a Gulf-front pool, kiddie pool, game room, gym, and direct beach access. Close to Pier Park, Pineapple Willy’s, and Panama City Beach attractions—everything for a fun, relaxing coastal getaway.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Located on South Thomas Drive, the complex is conveniently close to PCB’s best dining, signature golf courses, deep-sea fishing, nightclubs, water and amusement parks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Major grocery stores and retailers are within a 5 to 10-minute drive. At Top of the Gulf, you’ll find family friendly amenities that will make your vacation truly special.

Top of the Gulf Resort Rules:
•    No pets.
•    All guests must register with the front desk immediately upon arrival.
•    Please display your permit on your vehicle.
•    Arm bands must always be worn on the property.
•    Pool hours are from 8 am to 11pm. Pools are unheated.
•    No glass in pool area or deck area.
•    All infants require swim wear diapers in the pools.
•    Trash chutes are located on each floor, just past the elevator. 
•    Front desk HOA office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday: 
•    No smoking in unit.  Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking open-air areas. 
•    No skateboards, no rental scooters or golf carts allowed on the property.

Parking: 

Top of the Gulf requires all guests to register upon arrival. The registration fee is $30 and must be remitted in cash at the 1st floor office (9am to 5pm) or through security during high season (4pm to midnight). If you are booking an extended stay, the $30 registration fee must be paid every 30 days.
 
Please note that this resort only accepts cash at the front desk for the registration process. There is an ATM machine in the lobby. At the time of registration, guests will receive a copy of the community rules, instructions, and (if applicable) one parking pass. 
 
Parking is in our outdoor lot directly in front of the building. The parking pass needs to be visible (facing out) on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. 
 
There is a paid parking lot that is less than 1 mile from Top Gulf, right across from Ripley’s Museum: $12.00 per day. Please note: you will have to download the PASSPORT app and add your credit card to it.

Other details to note: 

The game room is on the 6th floor. No food or drink consumption in the game room. Minors must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) at all times.

Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th floors. Before placing items into the washing machine, assure that sand has been rinsed away.

Trash chutes are located on each floor, just past the elevator. Please do not leave trash in the laundry room. The HOA will impose a $100 fine if the cameras reveal that a renter has left trash in the laundry room.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
