Any fines incurred by the property owner due to noise violations caused by guests will be the responsibility of the guest.

Garbage pickup on Monday mornings. Please take out trash can out to the street on Sunday night and return it to its proper spot after Monday's pickup.

Bike Storage: 

The house does not have a garage but we have an extra large shed with a lock. If you come in to ride bikes, there is a place to lock up your bikes. And our shed fits up to eight bikes.
