Welcome to Beachside Bliss, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront retreat located within the prestigious Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. This second-floor condominium offers direct access to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of Miramar Beach. Enjoy resort-style amenities, including championship golf courses, world-class tennis facilities, private marinas, and the vibrant Village of Baytowne Wharf, featuring waterfront restaurants, boutique shops, and family-friendly entertainment. 

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Parking: 

Guests may park one vehicle at this community with no parking fee. Enjoy the convenience of gated, covered parking, ensuring vehicle safety and protection from the Florida sun. During check-in and check-out, ten-minute parking is allowed under the porte-cochere for easy loading and unloading.

Guests have access to a resort tram, offering convenient transportation within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Guests have access to community pools (seasonally heated), hot tubs, fitness center, grill areas, and private beach access.

Miramar Beach is a vibrant coastal destination along Florida’s Emerald Coast, known for its sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald-green waters. The area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering everything from deep-sea fishing and watersports to scenic biking trails and nature preserves. Upscale dining, shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and an active nightlife scene make Miramar Beach a prime location for both relaxation and adventure.

In order to gain access to resort amenities, guests must wear wristbands while in these areas.

Please utilize the designated trash chutes or disposal areas located on each floor. All trash should be bagged prior to disposal. Do not shove large items into the trash chutes that will cause blockage.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
