Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This 3-bedroom, 3½-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
Primary Guest Bedroom: Two Double Beds (Sleeps 4)
3rd Bedroom: Two Twin-over-Twin Bunk Beds (Sleeps 4)
Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and there is an additional half bath on the main level for guests.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Relax in the cozy living area with a flat-screen TV and Netflix streaming. You’ll also find a washer/dryer, iron, and hair dryer for added convenience. Step out onto the private balcony to sip your morning coffee or wind down after a day in the city.
