Enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator—perfect for preparing light meals and snacks. Oak Square offers two elevators, a guest laundry facility, and complimentary on-site parking (first come, first served). Community amenities include an indoor heated pool, seasonal outdoor pool, and a hot tub—making this the perfect year-round base, whether you're hitting the slopes or exploring the town.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features:

Bathroom: Toilet, sink, walk-in shower with grab bar (no tub)
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

The bedroom features new flooring, fresh paint, and modern lighting with USB ports. In the living room, relax by the electric fireplace, stretch out on the new leather sleeper sofa, or step out onto the private balcony with peaceful mountain views. Additional comforts include central air conditioning, heating, cable TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Parking: 

Guests may park up to 2 vehicles at Oak Square. Covered spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are unassigned. 

You will find 2 parking passes in your unit upon arrival. Please return to your cars with them immediately, as these passes need to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. 

Strict towing policies are enforced at this location. While the lot is spacious, it may fill during peak seasons or special events. Oversized vehicles may have limited space.

If a guest loses or departs with a parking pass, a replacement fee of $50 per pass will be charged to the guest.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
