Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to Sugar Hill Hang, a stylish and spacious 30A escape located in the heart of Seagrove Beach. This 3-story home blends comfort and charm with a private backyard oasis, rooftop terrace, and open-concept living spaces perfect for gathering the whole crew.

Downstairs, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, inviting dining area, and a living room with cozy seating and smart TV. Outside, enjoy the private pool (heating available seasonally), outdoor dining area with seating for 6, sectional loungers, and a side porch swing that brings the Florida vibe full circle.

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:

Master Bedroom: King bed, smart TV, private balcony overlooking backyard, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Primary Guest Bedroom: Queen bed and full-over-full bunk beds, front-facing balcony, ensuite bathroom with shower and tub
3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, located on main floor, with direct walkout access to the backyard
Bonus Sleeping Arrangements: Twin daybed with twin trundle located on the 3rd floor loft
Master Bathroom: Walk-in shower, ensuite to master bedroom
Primary Guest Bathroom: Shower and tub combo, ensuite to second bedroom
3rd Bathroom: Main floor full bathroom (no tub)
 
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 12 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Sugar Hill Hang is stocked for memory-making. A 6-seater golf cart is included, giving guests the freedom to explore Seaside, WaterColor, or cruise to one of three nearby beach accesses. A waiver must be signed to utilize this amenity.

The home features central air, ceiling fans, in-unit washer/dryer, and premium guest amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry pods, and dish soap to make your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Parking: 

This home offers guests 2 parking spaces for standard-sized vehicles on the driveway. No overflow parking is available and guests may not park RV or trailers in the driveway.

Guests enjoy access to a gated lagoon-style community pool with a covered pergola, restrooms, and outdoor showers. Additional amenities include tennis courts, grilling areas, and scenic ponds—a relaxing, family-friendly setting just a short stroll from the beach.

Three public beach accesses are within walking distance, including One Seagrove Place, the most direct route to the Gulf’s sugar-white sands. The beach is always just minutes away.

You're also just a quick ride from Seaside, WaterColor, and The Greenway Station—with boutique shops, local markets, and fantastic dining. Pet Policies: 

We love to welcome well-behaved pups at Sugar Hill Hang! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests (two- and four-legged), please review our pet fees and house rules below:

Fees:
•    Non-refundable pet fee: $100 per stay for one dog
•    Additional dogs: $50 per dog (maximum of 3 dogs total)

Guest Pet Rules and Restrictions:
•    Pets Allowed: Up to 3 dogs (no cats, birds, snakes, or other animals)
•    Weight Limit: Each dog must be under 50 lbs.
•    Furniture/Bed Policy: Please do not allow dogs on furniture unless you've brought proper covers to protect furnishings
•    Crating: Dogs must be crated when left unattended in the unit
•    Leash Policy: Dogs must be leashed in all common outdoor areas
•    Cleaning Expectations: Guests must clean up after their dogs. Proper disposal of waste is required

Other details to note: 

Please bag all waste securely and place trash in the designated garbage bins.

Policies for Special Amenities (Pool, Bikes, and Golf Cart)
All guests must complete, sign, and return 3 waivers prior to check-in to rent this property: pool, bikes, and golf cart. If a pet is coming along, a pet waiver will also need to be filled out prior to arrival. Once all applicable documents are reviewed by our team, we will provide the bike lock code and the golf cart key location. 

Before departure, please do the following:
1.    Return the golf cart and bikes to their designated spots.
2.    Lock up the bikes.
3.    Plug in the golf cart so it is charged for the next guest.
4.    Leave the golf cart key on the small key hook to the right of the refrigerator.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
