The property is also less than a mile from excellent fishing at the Russell-Fields Pier, a mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, two miles from Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and 4 miles from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. If you're looking to get out into nature for the day, the shores of Powell Lake are 8 miles northwest, in Camp Helen State Park. Plus, you are just a 20-minute drive to the airport!

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the property is equipped with security cameras in the elevators, common areas, and parking garage.

The trash chute is located at the opposite end from the elevators. Please, bag all garbage prior to placing trash in the chute.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
