And best of all, you're just a 5-minute walk to the beach!
 
Beach Chair Service: Beach chair service is provided by 360 Blue in WaterSound. Standard sets include 2 reclining chairs and 1 umbrella, with an optional upgrade to a deluxe set that includes a small table for an additional fee. Pricing starts at $60 per set per day, though final rates depend on vendor availability, timing, and access location. Service is available at Walton County-approved beach accesses, including within the WaterSound community. 360 Blue coordinates everything directly through their Guest Experience Team. No setup or hauling required—your gear is delivered and fully set up each day. Community Pool: The property features a pool that is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the beach. Please note that access to the Watersound Beach Club is not available to guests staying at the Crossing.

QR code for the front gate:

We will send you to your email and cell phone the QR code to access the front gate enterance. Please ensure we have an up-to-date email and/or phone number on file so we may register you. Upon arrival, guests simply scan the barcode on the ePass to gain entry to the property.

Important check in at the front gate:

The HOA now requires all guests to check in at the Watersound Beach main gate so security is aware you're on the property. You can check in at your at 4pm to the unit, but please make sure to stop by the main gate and check in with the attendant when you get a chance.



Hurricane Doors Tutorial: Close the door and then pull the handle up to the ceiling; that should send the bolt into the floor and lock the door. Repeat this process for the upstairs French doors.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
