This 5-Bedroom, 6-bathroom is perfect for families and larger gatherings, offering: 4 Kings, and Bunk Room with 4 twin beds and a trundle bed. There is also a pull-out couch, Queen size, in the living room as well as a Daybed, full size bed with trundle, in the sitting area.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

A 3-story beach house (with elevator)! Four (4) bedrooms with King Size beds including a Master Suite with private balcony. Bunk room offers two (2) sets of bunk beds as well as a trundle bed. All bedrooms have their own bathroom! All beds have temperpedic mattresses, including the pull-out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, swimming pool and an elevator. This is an ideal beach house getaway for family and friends.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 16 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

This home offers guests access to a unheated private pool. A pool waiver must be signed and returned prior to check-in.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Trash bins are emptied on Tuesday and Friday. Please leave the garbage bins at the end of the driveway for pick-up.
