This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed
Primary Guest Bedroom: Queen bed
3rd Bedroom: 2 Full beds (bedroom is accessed via corridor through another bedroom)
Bathrooms: Two full baths—one with shower/tub combo, one with walk-in shower
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

The kitchen is fully stocked for family meals, and the in-home washer and dryer add everyday convenience. Out back, guests can enjoy a private fenced courtyard with a small pool, pergola, and ample seating—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

Driveway and adjacent grassy area accommodate no more than 3 vehicles. Street parking is not guaranteed. Please ensure vehicles do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or traffic flow within this residential community.

Kiska Beach is one of the last true “Old Florida” neighborhoods on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. This low-density residential area blends private homes with vacation rentals, offering a slower coastal pace and easy access to the sand without the crowds found farther east.

Beach Access 89 and 91 are both just a 4-minute walk from the home, leading to wide, uncrowded stretches of shoreline ideal for morning strolls, shell hunting, and sunset walks. The surrounding neighborhood features tree-lined streets perfect for biking or golf cart rides, with colorful cottages and relaxed local character throughout.

Guests are close to several PCB favorites, including Thomas Donut & Snack Shop, Sunnyside Grill, and Bayou Bill’s Crab House. Please bag all trash and place it in the curbside rolling can for pickup on the scheduled collection day.

For the security of our guests and the safety of the property, there is an external Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance. No interior cameras are present.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
