New 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome in Caballeros Estates at Hombre with a combined kitchen, living, and dining area on the main level and EVP flooring throughout the first floor. The kitchen features granite countertops and white cabinetry, and all three bedrooms are upstairs with a primary suite, walk-in closet, and laundry nearby. Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The kitchen features granite countertops, white cabinetry, and electric appliances, including a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, so guests can handle everything from simple breakfasts to full dinners. Just off the main living area, a half bathroom on the ground floor adds convenience for day use and entertaining.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom faces the front of the townhome and serves as a private retreat with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom that includes a shower and double-sink vanity, plus linen storage. Two additional bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination, creating a practical setup for families, friends, or longer stays. The upstairs laundry area keeps laundry runs close to the bedrooms and away from the main living area.

Caballeros Estates at Hombre is a newer townhome community in Panama City Beach, set just inland from the Gulf. Guests stay close to the action but away from the busiest parts of the strip, with easy access to main roads and nearby public beach access for quick trips to the sand.

The neighborhood is planned for low-maintenance coastal living, with two-story townhomes that showcase a clean, modern feel. From this location, it is an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, local schools, and area attractions. Caballeros Estates at Hombre works well for guests who want a quieter home base while still being within a short drive of the beach, golf, and the wider Panama City Beach area.

Other details to note: 

Trash pickup is every Thursday. Please place the trash bin outside by the garage the night before (or no later than early Thursday morning), and the waste service will collect it. After pickup, kindly return the bin to its normal storage spot.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at this vacation rental. There will be cams both at the front and rear of this condo.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
