With breathtaking panoramic views of the Emerald Coast, this spacious home is designed for guests who want true comfort, upscale finishes, and room for the whole group to relax. From the moment you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an elegant entry, soaring 10-foot ceilings, and a stunning wall of windows framing the Gulf’s emerald waters.



Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The open-concept layout is perfect for families and groups, combining the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one bright, coastal space ideal for gathering. Enjoy memorable meals together at the large dining table, with additional seating nearby for casual breakfasts and snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes an induction stove with air fryer oven functionality, making it easy to prepare anything from beach-day lunches to full family dinners. Guests will also appreciate having both a standard drip coffee maker and a K-Cup coffee machine available.



Each bedroom offers privacy and comfort with its own ensuite bathroom—making this home exceptionally well-suited for multi-family stays, couples traveling together, or multi-generational vacations. Step out onto the expansive private balcony with comfortable seating and take in unforgettable Gulf views, sunsets, and salt-air breezes just above the shoreline.

Entertainment is available throughout the home with Smart TVs in the living area and in every bedroom. Guests are also just steps from the resort pool and shaded gazebo area, making it easy to split time between sand and swimming. For smooth arrival, this condo is conveniently located near the elevator and tucked into a covered alcove for sheltered access.



A standout guest perk is the FREE seasonal beach service included from March 1 through October 31 (weather and beach conditions permitting). Enjoy two padded lounge chairs and a large umbrella set up directly on the beach—an added value that makes beach days effortless and extra enjoyable. 



Parking: 



On-site parking is available for registered guests, but guests must register (and pay a fee) to stay in this community. 



Guests DO NOT register at the Front Desk upon arrival. Instead, a $75 registration fee PER CONDO must be paid before arrival. This will ensure there are 2 parking passes & pool ID bands in the condo upon arrival. Children under 16 do not need ID bands.
