Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Portside is known for keeping the experience relaxed and approachable while still offering strong on-site amenities. Guests have access to three pools (including one heated seasonally), hot tubs, tennis and pickleball, plus a fitness center, so there is plenty to do without leaving the community.

Master Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, ensuite bathroom access, private balcony
Primary Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin bed, hallway bathroom access
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: N/A (unless you confirm sleeper sofa)
Master Bathroom: Ensuite access
Half Bathroom: 1st floor
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 5 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Parking:
Please note, there is a fee for the parking pass and pool access that starts at $41. This fee is charged by the resort, not us. We apologize for the extra cost, but it is necessary if you plan on using the pools and parking.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am(unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
