A large exterior storage room is also available—perfect for beach gear, floats, chairs, and hard-to-store items like bicycles. For added convenience, the first-floor bunk room area includes an additional refrigerator, making it easy for larger groups to store drinks, snacks, and extra groceries.

Guests enjoy direct Gulf-front access from the property, along with additional public beach access points nearby along Scenic Gulf Drive.

Seawinds is centrally located near some of Miramar Beach’s most popular dining, shopping, and activities. Nearby favorites include Pompano Joe’s, Captain Dave’s on the Gulf, Kenny D’s, and The Surf Hut. Shopping and entertainment are close by at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, offering brand-name stores, dining, and seasonal events. For outdoor activities, guests can enjoy walking and biking paths along Scenic 98, water sports, fishing charters, and easy access to Destin Harbor and 30A.

Please clean your shoes and/or feet before entering the vacation rental.

Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday. Please roll both bins to the street the evening before pickup, then return them to the designated area at the end of the gondola (near the brick dividers between every two units) once service is complete.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
