The living room opens to a private balcony where you can enjoy views of the lagoon-style pool and the Gulf of America. The kitchen includes built-in shelving and entertainment space along with breakfast bar seating, making it easy to gather for meals, snacks, or a relaxing evening in.

This condo is ideal for families and small groups looking for both convenience and comfort. The easy-access low-floor location is a standout feature, allowing guests to drive up to the 7th-floor parking deck and walk directly over to the unit. With multiple bathrooms, a functional sleeping layout, and inviting coastal views, this condo is designed for a smooth and enjoyable beach vacation.



Parking: 



Shores of Panama allows one to two vehicles per reservation (depending upon the size of the unit rented). If you bring an additional vehicle, you will need to park off-site (details below). 



Required Guest Registration All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we’ll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet.

Onsite Parking Details Use the main entrance (portico) when you arrive. Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass. 



Garage height limit: 6’10” – Low clearance and tight turns. Oversized vehicles (over 6’7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times. 



Additional Parking Notes 



Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance. 



Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage. 



Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety. Contact them at (850) 896-5434 for onsite parking issues. 



Offsite Parking Options If you’re bringing an additional vehicle, you’ll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley’s Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner.

Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley’s Museum. You’ll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area. There is now a seasonal poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids’ meals. 

 

Also, during peak season, there is an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. Published check-in policies for this resort: All guests ages 8 and older are required to wear their wristbands while on resort grounds (including pools, beach walkovers, and common areas). Shores of Panama offers its guests a useful summation of all resort policies regarding check-in.
