Located on the 10th floor on the west side of Shores of Panama, this condo offers sweeping views over the resort-style lagoon pool and down the beautiful Panama City Beach coastline. From the private balcony, guests can enjoy sunny afternoons, colorful sunsets, and the energy of the beachfront below.
Inside, the layout is ideal for families or small groups traveling together. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A separate bunk nook with twin-over-twin bunks gives younger guests a fun and practical sleeping space, while the adjacent third full bathroom with a walk-in shower adds convenience for everyone in the group. With three full bathrooms, this condo helps guests spread out and settle in comfortably after beach days, pool time, and evenings out exploring Panama City Beach. Parking:
Required Guest Registration: All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we’ll send you a unit-specific registration link. Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Resort Fees vary by unit size and currently cost $75-$115.
Your parking pass and amenity packets (including your RFID wristbands) must be purchased through an online preregistration process. A link will be shared upon booking to allow the guest to register. Fees at Shores of Panama (which include resort fee, amenity bands and parking permits) range from $75 to $115, depending on the size of the rental unit. Please note that taxes and fees are subject to change.
Those who register online will still need to pick up their packet from the concierge upon arrival. Display your parking pass on your dashboard for the entirety of your stay.
Upon your initial arrival at Shores of Panama, utilize the portico entrance (main building). The garage height is less than seven feet. If your car is at least 6 feet, 11 inches high, there is parking for oversized vehicles on the ground level only but spots are first come-first served. If you have any problems with parking onsite, feel free to contact Property Patrol. We have motorcycle parking in the 15-min parking area, small trailer parking is on the 12th floor. Property Patrol tries to keep the bikes centralized for security purposes.
If you have an second vehicle, read the following carefully:
There are three primary paid parking lots on the beach operated by the City of Panama City Beach. Beachgoers and residents of Panama City Beach can park and pay through the Passport Parking mobile app. Users must download the free Passport Parking app on their smartphones, create an account with a preferred method of payment, then provide the zone and vehicle license plate number.
Drivers can download the free Passport Parking app from the App Store and Google Play. Users can also manage their parking online.
In addition to paying for parking, users can view their parking history and extend parking sessions remotely, so there’s no need to leave the beach! Effective October 1, 2022, parking is $2 per hour up to 6 hours or $12 for 24 hours. You may utilize these parking lots for a weekly rate of $84.
