Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The kitchen opens into a comfortable living area, creating an easy flow for meals, movies, and time together after a day outside.

The primary bedroom includes a walk-in closet, and the primary bathroom features a large walk-in shower and linen closet. A bonus room off the kitchen provides flexible extra space that can be used as a small office, playroom, hobby space, or quiet sitting area. Near the entry, a built-in coat rack and bench add a convenient drop zone for beach bags, sandals, and everyday essentials.

Parking: 

Guests have access to two driveway parking spaces. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage. Parking is not permitted on the grass, sidewalk, or in any area that blocks neighboring driveways or road access.

This Panama City Beach neighborhood places guests in a laid-back coastal pocket close to the Gulf, Grand Lagoon, and some of the area’s favorite outdoor spots. Beach days are easy from here, with public Beach Accesses 13, 14, and 15 located about 1/2 mile from the home. 

Boaters and anglers will appreciate the home’s proximity to the Safari Street Public Boat Ramp, which provides access to Grand Lagoon and St. Andrew Bay for fishing, cruising, kayaking, paddleboarding, and days on the water. St. Andrews State Park is also a short drive away, offering beautiful beaches, fishing areas, coastal trails, wildlife viewing, and access to the Shell Island area.

The location is also convenient to classic Panama City Beach dining and entertainment. Guests are close to the east end of PCB, where local favorites, waterfront restaurants, beach bars, marinas, and family-friendly attractions are easy to reach without staying in the middle of the busiest high-rise resort corridor.

Other details to note: 

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there are external security cameras located at this vacation rental. There is a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, one floodlight camera at the front of the home, and one floodlight camera at the back of the home. Cameras are outward-facing and do not monitor interior spaces.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
