13-Acre Farm-Two Tiny Homes-Sleeps 11

Enjoy two distinctive tiny homes on a peaceful 13-acre farm in Spring Hill, Tennessee, approximately 40 minutes from downtown Nashville. The Modern Off-Grid Tiny House sleeps five with contemporary styling, while The Music Box sleeps six with Nashville-inspired décor, signed guitars, and records displayed throughout. Both homes offer private accommodations, kitchens, Wi-Fi, outdoor gathering spaces, and access to the farm setting.

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Modern Off-Grid Tiny House

The Modern Off-Grid Tiny House is a brand-new, contemporary retreat designed for up to five guests. Its light-filled interior features high ceilings, large windows, modern finishes, and an open living area that connects naturally to the kitchen.

The private bedroom includes a queen bed. Additional sleeping accommodations include an elevated loft and a small sofa bed in the living area. The full bathroom features a walk-in shower. The kitchen provides space for preparing meals, while the living area includes a television and comfortable seating.

Outside, guests can enjoy the designated fire pit and BBQ grill while taking in the peaceful farm surroundings. This home is best suited for guests who prefer a bright, modern design and a simple countryside experience.
The Music Box

The Music Box is a Nashville-inspired tiny home designed for up to six guests. Its personality comes from music-centered details, including records displayed on the walls, signed guitars, and decorative elements celebrating Music City.

The private bedroom includes a queen bed. Additional sleeping accommodations include a loft bed, Murphy bed, and couch. The home also provides a dedicated workspace, television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a split-type ductless heating system.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Outside, guests have access to a private patio or balcony, outdoor furniture, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are also permitted.

While both homes are located on the same 13-acre farm they remain separate units. This arrangement gives larger groups space to gather outdoors while allowing guests to retreat to their own private home when desired. Each home has its own kitchen, living space, sleeping arrangements, and bathroom.

These 2 homes combined provide a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with the following features:

These two tiny homes offer different interior experiences while sharing the same peaceful farm setting. The Modern Off-Grid Tiny House emphasizes clean lines, neutral finishes, natural light, and an open layout. Its contemporary kitchen and living space make it a comfortable choice for a family or small group seeking a modern countryside retreat. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and free on-site parking.

The Music Box provides a more themed experience inspired by Nashville’s musical identity. Signed guitars, records, and Music City décor give the home a distinctive character. Guests also benefit from a dedicated workspace, full kitchen appliances, heating and cooling, private outdoor space, outdoor furniture, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and free parking.

Parking: 

Free parking is available on the premises for both tiny homes. Guests should park only in the designated areas assigned to their accommodations. Do not block driveways, farm access roads, equipment, or entrances to other homes.

This reservation includes two separate tiny homes located on the same 13-acre farm. The Modern Off-Grid Tiny House accommodates up to 5 guests. The Music Box accommodates up to 6 guests. Guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy assigned to either individual home.

These are 2 off-grid tiny homes designed to provide a unique country experience with modern comforts. Thor is a friendly resident farm dog and may be present outdoors.

Outdoor fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit. Guests must use the fire pit and BBQ grill assigned to their home.

Guests should respect the farm property, animals, and neighboring guests. Guests should not enter animal enclosures or restricted farm areas. Children should be supervised at all times around farm animals.

The Music Box has a laundromat nearby but does not include a washer or dryer.

Designed by three talented teens as part of the upcoming television show Kids Who Flip. Long-term stays are welcome.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
