Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The open living space makes it easy for everyone to spend time together after a day at the beach, while the home's four separate bedrooms provide plenty of room when guests want additional privacy.

At the center of the home is a well-appointed kitchen featuring fingerprint-resistant Samsung stainless steel appliances, Calacatta Bravos quartz countertops, soft-close Shaker-style cabinetry, an undermount sink, subway tile backsplash, and a walk-in pantry. Generous storage and counter  space make the kitchen equally convenient for preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the Gulf or gathering around for dinner at home.

The primary suite offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanity sinks and a custom-tiled walk-in shower with a glass enclosure. A second queen bedroom gives another couple or adult guests a comfortable place to unwind. The third bedroom is also furnished with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom has 2 twin-over-twin bunks for younger travelers.

Laguna Haven is a secluded gated residential community on the West End of Panama City Beach, situated just north of US-98/Panama City Beach Parkway. The location provides a quieter residential setting while keeping guests within convenient reach of the Gulf, everyday necessities, restaurants, shopping, outdoor recreation, and some of Panama City Beach's best-known attractions.

Guests can head south toward the Laguna Beach area and Gulf access or travel east along Panama City Beach Parkway toward Pier Park, Frank Brown Park, and central PCB. Traveling west provides convenient access to Lake Powell, Carillon Beach, and the eastern end of the Scenic Highway 30A corridor.

Pier Park provides a large concentration of shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and attractions in one destination. Nearby Frank Brown Park hosts sports, tournaments, festivals, and recreational activities throughout the year, while Conservation Park provides miles of trails and a completely different way to experience Northwest Florida. Trash Service: Coastal Trash Service provides trash collection every Tuesday and Friday. Please ensure all trash is securely bagged and placed in the designated trash area for collection and wheel bin to curb if necessary

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.
