Settle into comfortable long-term living in Freeport’s Owl’s Head Farms. This spacious single-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is offered completely unfurnished, allowing residents to furnish and arrange the home to fit their needs.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

The home features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, large kitchen island, pantry, covered outdoor space, and approximately 2,035 square feet of living space.

Appliances are included. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and the home will also include an in-unit washer and dryer.

Please note: This home is fully unfurnished. No beds, bedroom furniture, living room furniture, dining furniture, or other household furnishings are provided. The home is being offered for long-term occupancy rather than as a traditional short-term vacation rental. Furnishings are limited to the arrangements described above, so prospective tenants should plan accordingly when preparing for their stay.

Parking: 

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with space for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.

Guest Pet Rules & Restrictions:

a.    Pet Waiver required before check-in
b.    $50 non-refundable deposit required plus guests are responsible for any resulting damage caused by pet(s)
c.    Animal limitations: No more than 3 pets
d.    Size limitations: each pet must weigh 50 pounds or less
e.    No aggressive breeds
f.    Animals must be leashed in outdoor areas

Other details to note: 

Renters are responsible for setting up and paying for WIFI for the duration of their booking.

Trash pickup is every Tuesday and Friday by Waste Management.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
