Pool hours are 8am–11pm; pools are unheated, glass is prohibited in the pool area, and infants must wear swim diapers. No pets are permitted. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Skateboards, rental scooters, and golf carts are not permitted.
Other details to note:
Guests will have convenient beach essentials available for use, including beach chairs, a palm-frond-style beach umbrella, beach hammock, and cooler.
The game room is on the 6th floor. No food or drink consumption in the game room. Minors must be always accompanied by an adult (18 years or older).
Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th floors. Before placing items into the washing machine, assure that sand has been rinsed away.
Trash chutes are located on each floor, just past the elevator. Please do not leave trash in the laundry room. The HOA will impose a $100 fine if the cameras reveal that a renter has left trash in the laundry room.
A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.
