Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The main living area offers an inviting place to relax after a day along 30A, with an open layout that makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to relaxed dinners at home, complete with a large island that provides extra space for gathering and meal prep. Just beyond the living and dining area, the spacious covered porch gives you another spot to kick back and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.

Three private bedrooms give everyone their own space, while the twin-over-twin bunk tucked beneath the stairs adds a playful sleeping nook that kids will love. The primary suite is located upstairs and features a king bed, walk-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom. Two queen guest bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for additional guests.

The property provides parking for exactly 2 vehicles, with strict restrictions on RVs, trailers, street parking, and parking in landscaped areas. Overflow parking is available at the storage facility behind 30A Townhomes, but you’ll need a permit from their office.

Other details to note: 

Garbage Collection: Except on collection days, trash bins must be stored out of sight, behind the townhome. Garbage collection occurs on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place the trash can outside the night before collection, but no earlier than 4pm, and return it to its proper storage location promptly after pickup, no later than 9pm. Leaving trash cans on the street outside the permitted collection period may result in a $100 fine, which will be passed on to the responsible guest.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
