Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to Maynard Meadow, a peaceful and pet-friendly Columbia getaway offering plenty of room to spread out while keeping you convenient to everything Middle Tennessee has to offer. Set on a spacious residential property, this furnished home combines the privacy of a country-style setting with easy access to Downtown Columbia and the surrounding area.

Inside, guests will find an open and comfortable living space designed for relaxing together. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for meals at home, while the dedicated laundry area with a washer and dryer makes longer stays especially convenient. A separate home office also provides a quiet place for remote work or catching up between outings.

Three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, the second bedroom features a twin trundle sleeping two, and the third bedroom includes a queen bed. Outside, the spacious deck and surrounding property provide additional room to unwind.

With a pet-friendly setup, Maynard Meadow makes it easier to bring the whole family along, including your four-legged companions.

Parking: 

Parking is available in the private driveway for up to 3 vehicles. Please keep all vehicles within the designated driveway area and do not block neighboring properties, roadways, or access points.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
