Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This west-facing, second-floor condo offers Gulf views, beautiful sunsets, and a convenient location just steps from the beach and pool. Nearby stair access makes it easy to head outside without waiting for an elevator.

Renovated in 2023, the condo features a bright, inviting interior with an open living and dining area. The kitchen includes white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a generous island, providing comfortable space to prepare meals and gather with family or friends.

The master bedroom offers a king bed, while the guest bedroom features two full beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and an additional half bathroom off the living area adds convenience. Three oversized televisions ranging from 65 to 70 inches provide entertainment after a day outdoors. Step onto the furnished private balcony to enjoy coastal breezes and views across tropical landscaping toward the Gulf.
