Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Welcome to Canvas Cove, a comfortable coastal home tucked into WaterColor’s sought-after Camp District. With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and room for up to 10 guests, this inviting retreat offers space to gather, room to unwind, and convenient access to the beaches, pools, and neighborhood charm that make a WaterColor vacation special.

The open-concept main living area brings the kitchen, dining space, and living room together, keeping everyone connected throughout the day. Prepare breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table with seating for eight, or settle onto the living room’s spacious sectional after an afternoon in the sun. Large windows welcome natural light, while the home’s soft coastal colors create a relaxed setting.

Two king bedrooms are located on the main floor, including the master bedroom with its private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a bedroom with two queen beds and a separate bunk room provide additional sleeping options for families and friends. Outside, the covered front porch offers a welcoming place to slow down and enjoy the neighborhood between outings.

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed on the main floor with a private ensuite bathroom.
Primary Guest Bedroom: King bed on the main floor with access to a shared full bathroom.
3rd Bedroom: Two queen beds upstairs.
4th Bedroom: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds upstairs.
Master Bathroom: Private ensuite full bathroom serving the master bedroom.
Primary Guest Bathroom: Shared full bathroom on the main floor.
3rd Bathroom: Additional full bathroom serving the upstairs accommodations.
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Canvas Cove includes thoughtful extras that help make your vacation feel effortless. A six-passenger low-speed vehicle, commonly called an LSV or golf cart, is included for outings along permitted routes. Four adult bicycles offer another enjoyable way to explore WaterColor’s neighborhoods, parks, and winding paths.

For beach days, the home provides 10 portable beach chairs to take along with you. Back at the house, a natural gas grill makes casual dinners easy, and board games offer a fun way to spend an evening together. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are available for families traveling with little ones.

An in-home washer and dryer, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and provided bed linens and bath towels add everyday convenience. Whether your plans include pool time at Camp WaterColor, a beach afternoon, or browsing the shops and restaurants in nearby Seaside, this home provides a welcoming place to return to at the end of the day.

Parking: 

Parking is available for up to two vehicles at the home. Please use the property’s designated parking area and keep sidewalks and pathways clear.

Throughout WaterColor, parking is permitted only in private driveways, designated parallel parking pads, and marked parking spaces. Parking is prohibited on streets, pine straw, sidewalks, and pathways. Parking lots behind the Town Center condominiums are reserved exclusively for homeowners and guests staying at those buildings.

The Beach Club parking garage uses the Passport Parking system. A complimentary Wi-Fi network named WCBC Paid Parking is available in the garage to assist with accessing the payment system; no password is required. Connecting to this network does not include or waive parking charges.
  
About the Community/Property:

WaterColor is a scenic coastal community along 30A, neighboring Seaside and offering a blend of Gulf beaches, wooded trails, landscaped parks, and resort amenities. Canvas Cove is located in the Camp District, making it a convenient home base for enjoying Camp WaterColor and exploring the surrounding neighborhoods.

WaterColor Beach Club:
Overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the Beach Club offers three pools, expansive pool decks, lounge areas, dining, and beautiful coastal views. Changing facilities, showers, lockers, and towel service help make the transition from pool to beach convenient. Valid amenity wristbands are required for access.

Camp WaterColor:
A favorite for families, Camp WaterColor features swimming areas, waterslides, and a lazy river, along with a playground and a half-basketball court. The Canteen Restaurant and Bar offers convenient refreshments during operating hours.

Community Pools and Towel Service:
Guests with valid wristbands can enjoy the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and eligible neighborhood pools, including Marina, Sand Hill/Frog, and Dragonfly. The Phase V pool is reserved for homeowners. Pool heating, operating hours, and availability are managed by the community and may vary seasonally.

Towel service is available at the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and Marina Pool. Please return resort towels to the designated towel chutes before leaving those amenities.

WaterColor Trolley:
The complimentary WaterColor Trolley provides on-demand transportation within the community. Download the WaterColor Trolley app, create an account, and enter your pickup location, destination, and passenger count to request a ride. The app provides confirmation and an estimated arrival time.

The trolley generally operates daily from 9am to 7pm, with the last ride request at 6:45pm. Hours are subject to change. All passengers must wear seatbelts. Children under five must ride in a guest-provided, properly secured child restraint. Car seats may be stored with reception at the Beach Club or Camp WaterColor while you enjoy those facilities.

Beach Access:
Enjoy WaterColor’s beach through the designated resort access points using your valid amenity wristbands. The Beach Club provides a convenient starting point for a day along the Gulf. Additional public beach access options in the surrounding area include Van Ness Butler Jr. Regional Beach Access, San Juan, and Bramble Grove. Please follow posted parking, access, and beach-use rules at each location.

The home’s portable beach chairs are available for guest use. Reserved resort beach-chair and umbrella setups are a separate service and are subject to availability and additional charges.

Around the Neighborhood:
Explore WaterColor’s parks, gardens, walking paths, and coastal scenery, or head into neighboring Seaside for shopping and dining. Tennis facilities, nearby golf courses, and surrounding state parks provide additional ways to enjoy the area; reservations and separate fees may apply. Publix at WaterColor Crossings is convenient for groceries and vacation essentials.

Amenity hours, dining schedules, trolley service, and access procedures are subject to community updates.

Other details to note: 

Amenity Wristbands:
This home includes 10 WaterColor amenity wristbands. All guests five years of age or older must wear a valid wristband when accessing community amenities. Wristbands provide access to the WaterColor Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and eligible community pools. Wristbands are assigned to individual guests and are non-transferable.

Your wristbands should be ready by noon on your check-in date.

Weekday pickup: Visit the HOA office behind Publix at WaterColor Crossings. A representative will assist you with pickup.

Weekend pickup: Visit the front desk at Camp WaterColor, where the wristbands should be held under your reservation name.

Please follow the arrival instructions provided with your reservation for current pickup hours and any changes to the collection process. Wristband availability does not provide early access to the home.

Included LSV and Bicycles:
The six-passenger LSV and four adult bicycles must be used in accordance with the rental agreement, community rules, and applicable traffic laws. Follow all posted route and parking restrictions, and use designated bicycle racks when parking bicycles within the community.

Beach Equipment:
Please remove sand from the home’s portable beach chairs before returning them to their storage area. Bring all personal beach equipment back after each outing and follow posted rules regarding items left on the beach.

Trash and Community Care:
Dispose of trash only in designated dumpsters. Do not hang towels or other linens from balconies or railings. Personal belongings, including beach toys, may not be stored in common areas, walkways, hallways, staircases, or parking lots. Items left in common areas may be removed.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
