This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps four and features a private Gulf-front balcony, a king bed, a full bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Spend your days on the sand or enjoying the resort’s pools, hot tubs, and Gulf-view fitness center.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The bright living area features comfortable seating, a television, and sliding glass doors that open onto your private balcony. Settle in for a movie after a day outdoors, or step outside to enjoy the coastal breeze and views of the shoreline.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking essentials. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for the afternoon, or gather around the dining table for dinner. An in-unit washer and dryer make it convenient to refresh clothing throughout your stay.

Parking: 

Parking is available for one vehicle in the covered garage beneath Sunrise Beach Resort. A separate parking registration fee applies and is not included in the booking price. Complete registration and payment online before arrival using the instructions emailed to you.

Sunrise Beach Resort offers a Gulf-front getaway on Panama City Beach’s white-sand shoreline, with direct beach access and an elevated recreation deck overlooking the water. Located on the fifth floor, the resort’s spacious pool deck features two swimming pools, one seasonally heated, two hot tubs, and a children’s mushroom fountain splash area. Lounge beside the pools, enjoy the Gulf breeze, or head down to the beach for an afternoon on the sand.

Guests can enjoy a Gulf-view fitness center with cardio and strength-training equipment, shared barbecue grills, and the on-site Soggy Dollar Snack Bar. Covered parking beneath the building keeps your vehicle on the beach side of Front Beach Road. Nearby restaurants and easy access to Pier Park place shopping, dining, and family entertainment within a short drive of the resort.

Four resort wristbands are provided in the condo and must be left upon departure. A $20 replacement fee applies for each missing wristband.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
