What is the cancellation policy for my stay?
1) Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
2) If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
3) After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.Cancellations due to emergencies or issues with a listing
If you need to cancel because of an emergency, and your reason is covered by our Extenuating Circumstances Policy, you might be able to apply for a full extenuating circumstances refund.
