The process for paying for permitted parking at Laketown Wharf is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided:

30a Seascpaes will share an invite link with the guest (a maximum of two cars are allowed per condo). The guest will then use the link provided to pay for parking. Resort Fees (including wristbands):

Type C - 1-Bedroom: $86.97 (7 Bands)
Type B - 2-Bedroom: $103.66 (9 Bands)
Type D - 3-Bedroom (1483 sqft): $120.32 (10 Bands)
Type A - 3-Bedroom (1681 sqft): $120.32 (10 Bands - Type A units may purchase up to two additional temporary bands at a cost of $12 each.)

All Laketown guests are supposed to park in the garage only. A maximum of two cars are allowed per condo.

Guests may print their parking passes directly from the portal. If you are unable to print the parking pass, you may visit the lobby where the concierge will print them. Utilize the 15-minute parking area while visiting the concierge in the lobby. Then return to your car(s) and park in an appropriate long-term spot. Parking passes need to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles in parking garages without parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

It resides in the heart of Panama City Beach’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities. Whether you’re booking a family vacation or a relaxing personal retreat, Laketown Wharf offers first-rate amenities and exciting activities suited to fit your needs.

Guests have access to 2 hot tubs and 5 pools, including: a zero-entry pool, a kiddie pool, an island pool, and a rooftop pool (with spectacular views). Please note that inclement weather (lightning within 5 miles) will lead security to lock entrances to all pools. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES IN POOL OR ON POOL WET DECK. NO GLASS IS PERMISTTED IN THE FENCED POOL (50 FEET FROM UNFENCED POOL).

Laketown Wharf also offers guests outdoor gazebos, a putting green, free covered parking, and a gulf-facing fitness center that sports a weight training area as well as cardio workout machines. Be mesmerized: gaze at the gorgeous water fountain and feast your eyes on a nightly light show, which can be seen from the 52,000 square foot boardwalk (and perhaps your private balcony)!

One of the unique features of Laketown Wharf Resort is the fountain music-light show that occurs daily at 8:00 pm. You can see this from the front door of the condominium or from one of the bridges in the lake (or even the island pool).

Didn’t have room to pack it all? Head to the Laketown Market for basic foods and beach essentials. Hungry guests can choose from 3 different restaurants offering seafood, chicken, tacos, drinks and more. If you have a sweet tooth, visit the onsite ice cream and candy store.

Laketown Wharf Closest Beach Access: Beach access for guests is on the righthand side of Pineapple Willy’s, which is directly across the street from the Laketown Wharf building. During peak seasons, the Laketown Wharf Beach Access Gate is locked between the hours of 10PM and 6AM (CST) for crowd control. The code to access the beach will be sent to you in your Safe Travels email.

Transportation options while you are staying at Laketown Wharf: Besides Uber, Lyft, and various transportation services to and from the airport, guests who want to get around without a car should know about the Bay Town Trolley.

Bayway is the Bay County public transit system that services Panama City Beach and surrounding areas. One-way passes can be purchased for $1.50 with special pricing for senior citizens, disabled passengers, and students. Day passes can be purchased for $4 and 31-day passes can be purchased for $35.

The Bay Town Trolley runs along Thomas Drive and on Front Beach Road as far west as Florida 79; it operates year-round Monday through Friday five times a day. Rides cost $1.50 for adults and 75¢ for seniors. Children 5 and younger ride free.

If you are looking for private transportation, consider Beach Boys Shuttle Taxi and Limo, which services the public 24 hours a day!

Other details to note:

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is one or more external security cameras located at this vacation rental.

The concierge desk operates from 10 AM to 8PM daily. For any arrivals outside of these hours, Property Patrol will conduct an after-hours check-in, with guests required to return the following day at 11AM to complete their unit registration.

Anyone over 12 years of age without a valid property wristband will be asked to leave. After February 21st, guests will no longer be able to pick up wristbands from the concierge desk. Starting March 1st, new wristbands will be required for all renters at LTW. If you lose your wristband, you must visit the concierge with a valid ID and pay a $25 replacement fee. If your wristband breaks, go to the concierge desk and exchange the broken band for a temporary disposable band.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

  • 30a Seascapes Policies & Non-Negotiable House Rules: Established quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). No pets. No parties. No illegal drugs and no weapons of any kind may be brought into the vacation rental. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is strictly prohibited at units managed by 30a Seascapes. The costs associated with eliminating odors and residue (including HVAC system care, whenever such systems are present) have compelled us to take a firm stance against smoking in our units. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside common hallways nor on patios and balconies. Any clear evidence of smoking
  • vaping will result in a $500 fine for the renting guest. Thank you for your compliance. If your unit has an air conditioning unit: • Do not run the AC while any doors
  • sliders
  • windows are open (the coolant lines may freeze). • Set thermostats between 70 and 75 for optimal performance. • Guests will be charged for any service calls to fix the HVAC system if coolant lines freeze due to failure to follow established guidelines. If your vacation rental has a balcony, the following rules apply without exception: • It is unlawful to climb on or jump from balcony. • It is unlawful to throw items off balcony (including but not limited to food for animals). • No indoor furniture may be moved to the outdoor patios or balconies under any circumstances. • No items of any type shall be hung over or attached to the balcony rails. • Guests shall not lean themselves (or any other items) on the balcony rails. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our properties do not accommodate parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes
  • RVs, buses, or other similarly oversized vehicles. The best way to protect your cold food items is to minimize opening the refrigerator door & assure that the air vents (between freezer and fridge compartments) are not blocked – if airflow decreases, moisture and temperature increase. Putting many room-temperature items in a smaller fridge all at once will warm up the refrigerator – returning to its cooler default temperature could take hours. While we do offer free Wi-Fi, we simply cannot guarantee that it will work perfectly (or at all). To boot, Tech Support is limited in many areas. If it is crucial that you have reliable internet access, we strongly recommend you provide your own hotspot device. No refunds or credits are offered for Wi-Fi interruptions. No refunds or credits will be forthcoming if guests are in violation of any policies or requirements and are consequently denied access to the property. No refunds or credits offered if amenities are made unavailable by the resort
  • HOA. Guests will be fined for any damage to the unit or its contents. Upon departure, take all personal belongings with you. Valued items left behind will be shipped at guest's expense and only on Fridays. Read our shipping policy here. Legal Matters: If you notice any safety concerns, please report them immediately. All guests understand and agree that Owner assumes no liability for loss, damage, claim or injury to persons or their personal property while on the Property, nor for any inconvenience, damage, claim, loss or injury arising from or related to any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, internet service or plumbing; changes to rental assignments; website or brochure errors; weather conditions; natural disasters; acts of God; or other reasons beyond their control. Guest, for himself or herself, his or her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, and on behalf of each occupant of the Property, and such occupants heirs, assignors, executors and administrators (each a “Guest Releasing Party”), fully release and discharge the Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action which any Guest Releasing Party has or may have in the future by reason of any illness, infection, injury, loss or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to any Guest Releasing Party during the stay as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the Property or in use of any item provided during Guest(s) stay, including bikes, golf carts or other recreational items, including any claims, damages, costs or causes of action due to the negligence, breach of contract or wrongful conduct of any Owner, and agrees not to sue and to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. By making a reservation you agree to adhere to all the terms, conditions, and regulations applicable to your stay while simultaneously obeying all local laws. Please communicate via the platform used to make your reservation. A representative is available to assist you during our regular business hours (8am-10pm Central).

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
