About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Welcome to Beachside Daze, a coastal retreat perfectly positioned for beach-loving families or couples seeking relaxation and convenience. Located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground-floor unit provides easy access to the beach, community pools, and outdoor recreation.
The open concept living and dining area features plush seating, a Smart TV with cable and streaming, and sliding doors that lead to your private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and essential cookware—everything you need to prepare meals at home.
Sleeping arrangements are designed with comfort in mind. The master suite includes a king bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two full beds and provides comfortable accommodations for additional guests. A second full bathroom is located just off the hallway for added convenience. In-building laundry facilities are free to use and just a short walk from the front door.

Beachside Daze is fully furnished and thoughtfully appointed for a relaxing beach vacation. The private ground-floor patio features bar-height chairs—perfect for sipping coffee or enjoying an evening drink while catching the breeze. The open layout connects the living space and kitchen, making it ideal for family meals or game nights.
Located just steps from green space and parking, this unit offers easy access without stairs. Community highlights include two seasonally heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, beach access, and a beach trolley during peak seasons. Multiple beach access points are within walking distance, including Sugar Dunes and Walton Dunes. From sunrises on the sand to evenings on the patio, Beachside Daze is the perfect home base for your 30A adventures.

Community Pool: The Community of Beachside offers TWO seasonally heated community pools! The nearest pool is right next to the community tennis and shuffleboard courts, about 150 feet east from the front door (less than a one minute-walk)! The second pool is about a tenth of a mile (roughly a 2-minute walk) from the unit.
Electronic wristbands are required for access to pools, courts, bathrooms, and the seasonal beach trolley. At least one person needs to wear a wristband if they are going to use a golf cart. If these wristbands are lost or stolen, the guest will be charged a $10 replacement fee per wristband. The electronic wristbands should be hanging from the hooks on the shelf on the black wall, just past the painting on the right, when you walk in the door. Please leave them there prior to departure.
Beach Access: There are several convenient beach accesses nearby! All you must do is choose how you want to get there!
Sugar Dunes: The Sugar Dunes Beach Access is on the east side of Eastern Lake, and is simply a brief, 2-minute, walk from the home. There is a shower and a short boardwalk over the dunes to the beach, but there is no parking available, other than for bicycles.
Port Property: The Port Property Beach Access is located about 0.2 miles (about a 4-minute walk) West of the home. This beach access is completely undeveloped.
Walton Dunes: The Walton Dunes Beach Access is another, nearby, quiet, beach access. This access only has a few roadside parking spots available, and not much else. However, there is a very convenient Public Parking Lot 0.6 miles (about a 12-minute walk) from the home, and only a 3-minute (0.2 mile) walk to the Beach Access.
Eastern Lake: The Eastern Lake Beach Access is on the other side of Eastern Lake, one of our rare coastal dune lakes in South Walton, about 1.3 miles (a 5-minute drive) from the home. This access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive.
Nearby Restaurants: Nearby restaurants include Kahve and Cream, Beachy Bean Coffee Co., Old Florida Fish House, The Steamboat Grill, Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, Mi Casita Mexican Grill, The Donut Hut, Angelina's Pizzeria and Pasta and Cafe Thirty-A. Don't forget The Hub, which offers several restaurants including - Red's Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers, Mile Marker 15, Local Smoke, American Drinking Post, Mr. Freeze, The Hub Taco Truck, and so much more!
Other details to note:
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located at on the front door of this vacation rental.
Bikes can be rented through the office, but guests are not allowed to bring their own bikes.
Suggested Items to Bring: Beach towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, sunglasses, bug spray, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, bicycles, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, and beach toys.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

- 30a Seascapes Policies & Non-Negotiable House Rules: Established quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). No pets. No parties. No illegal drugs and no weapons of any kind may be brought into the vacation rental. Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is strictly prohibited at units managed by 30a Seascapes. The costs associated with eliminating odors and residue (including HVAC system care, whenever such systems are present) have compelled us to take a firm stance against smoking in our units. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside common hallways nor on patios and balconies. Any clear evidence of smoking
- vaping will result in a $500 fine for the renting guest. Thank you for your compliance. If your unit has an air conditioning unit: • Do not run the AC while any doors

- windows are open (the coolant lines may freeze). • Set thermostats between 70 and 75 for optimal performance. • Guests will be charged for any service calls to fix the HVAC system if coolant lines freeze due to failure to follow established guidelines. If your vacation rental has a balcony, the following rules apply without exception: • It is unlawful to climb on or jump from balcony. • It is unlawful to throw items off balcony (including but not limited to food for animals). • No indoor furniture may be moved to the outdoor patios or balconies under any circumstances. • No items of any type shall be hung over or attached to the balcony rails. • Guests shall not lean themselves (or any other items) on the balcony rails. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our properties do not accommodate parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes
- RVs, buses, or other similarly oversized vehicles. The best way to protect your cold food items is to minimize opening the refrigerator door & assure that the air vents (between freezer and fridge compartments) are not blocked – if airflow decreases, moisture and temperature increase. Putting many room-temperature items in a smaller fridge all at once will warm up the refrigerator – returning to its cooler default temperature could take hours. While we do offer free Wi-Fi, we simply cannot guarantee that it will work perfectly (or at all). To boot, Tech Support is limited in many areas. If it is crucial that you have reliable internet access, we strongly recommend you provide your own hotspot device. No refunds or credits are offered for Wi-Fi interruptions. No refunds or credits will be forthcoming if guests are in violation of any policies or requirements and are consequently denied access to the property. No refunds or credits offered if amenities are made unavailable by the resort
- HOA. Guests will be fined for any damage to the unit or its contents. Upon departure, take all personal belongings with you. Valued items left behind will be shipped at guest's expense and only on Fridays. Read our shipping policy here. Legal Matters: If you notice any safety concerns, please report them immediately. All guests understand and agree that Owner assumes no liability for loss, damage, claim or injury to persons or their personal property while on the Property, nor for any inconvenience, damage, claim, loss or injury arising from or related to any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, internet service or plumbing; changes to rental assignments; website or brochure errors; weather conditions; natural disasters; acts of God; or other reasons beyond their control. Guest, for himself or herself, his or her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, and on behalf of each occupant of the Property, and such occupants heirs, assignors, executors and administrators (each a “Guest Releasing Party”), fully release and discharge the Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action which any Guest Releasing Party has or may have in the future by reason of any illness, infection, injury, loss or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to any Guest Releasing Party during the stay as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the Property or in use of any item provided during Guest(s) stay, including bikes, golf carts or other recreational items, including any claims, damages, costs or causes of action due to the negligence, breach of contract or wrongful conduct of any Owner, and agrees not to sue and to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. By making a reservation you agree to adhere to all the terms, conditions, and regulations applicable to your stay while simultaneously obeying all local laws. Please communicate via the platform used to make your reservation. A representative is available to assist you during our regular business hours (8am-10pm Central).
