Looking for a quaint, quiet, safe place to stay while visiting Nashville? This light-filled home is perfect for smaller groups or couples! Doubling as a recording studio on the weekdays, you will truly feel the creativity throughout the home!

Located in the North Crieve Hall neighborhood (just south of downtown) offers easy access to I-65 and I-24, so you can get anywhere you want to be relatively fast. Uber rides to downtown average $10-15.

LAYOUT:

The primary bedroom features a newer full-size bed-Sleeps 2

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and sleeps 2

There is a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the living room -Sleeps 2

We can also provide two single rollaway beds upon request.

The hall bathroom is a full bath.

The bright and airy dining room is a great place to enjoy a meal or get some work done.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials, should you wish to dine in.

Our home has central heating and air conditioning, and (of course) high-speed wireless internet.

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 7 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Other things to note:

This is a three-bedroom house, however, one of the rooms is part of a recording studio - this room will be locked off. Please note there will not be any sessions when we have guests, but the door will remain locked!

The backyard of this house is fully enclosed and fenced.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
