This luxurious condo, situated on a bluff along 30A, provides an exquisite vantage point overlooking the picturesque Gulf of Mexico. Nestled within the gated community of Tranquility by the Sea, this unit is conveniently located on the ground floor. You can either take a direct stroll down one flight of stairs or utilize the elevator for immediate access to the pristine white sandy beach.

Positioned right on the beach, our residence boasts breathtaking views of the emerald waters. The kitchen is generously sized and well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, ample storage, and elegant white countertops. Kitchen amenities include dishes, glassware, bakeware, utensils, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and blender. 

The open plan dining and living areas create an ideal space for entertaining. Outside, a sizable patio overlooking the Gulf beckons. Additionally, there's a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Parking: 

This unit comes with one assigned parking spot. Overflow parking is across the street. The overflow lot uses the same gate code.
 
Other details to note: 

Guests will find a dumpster to the right of the entrance of the complex, after passing through the gate.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
