Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, rice maker, toaster, and all essential cookware. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Located just 3 minutes from JDF Marina, this home is an ideal choice for boating enthusiasts visiting Panama City Beach for fishing, boating, or a day on the water. JDF Marina offers fishing charters, pontoon and WaveRunner rentals, boat slips, and convenient access to St. Andrews Bay, Shell Island, and the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you’re planning a fishing trip, exploring the bay, or spending the day on the water, this location makes your Panama City Beach adventure easy and convenient.

Parking: 

Free parking on premises in the driveway for up to 2 large vehicles (or 3 compact cars). Please avoid blocking neighboring driveways and do not park on the grass. The lawn has a built-in sprinkler system; driving or parking on the grass will damage the sprinkler heads, resulting in costly repairs. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by parking in non-designated areas, so park in the driveway only.

The Woodlawn neighborhood is a peaceful, family-friendly community nestled near North Bay, providing a serene escape while remaining close to Panama City Beach's vibrant attractions. Guests can enjoy a short walk through the neighborhood to the nearby marina, while a quick drive across the Hathaway Bridge provides access to restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, and public beach access. St. Andrews State Park: A 1,200-acre nature preserve with scenic hiking trails, pristine beaches, and water activities like snorkeling and kayaking.

Other details to note: 

Trash removal is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays. Please place the trash bids curbside no earlier than 4pm the day prior to scheduled collection days. For all non-pick-up days, garbage must be kept in sanitary, covered, and secured trash containers that are stored out of street view.

The garage is not made available to guests.

Exterior security cameras are present at the front door, above the garage, and in the backyard under the awning for guest safety.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
