Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Sunny Daze, a ground-floor condo at The Summit Beach Resort, provides effortless beachfront living. Featuring a king bed in the main bedroom, two professionally built-in single bunk beds in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an electric cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, disposal, and ventless washer/dryer. Freshly painted with new sliding glass doors and windows, the condo boasts stunning Gulf views from the patio.

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Bedroom: King bed, nightstands with lamps and a spacious closet
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Hallway bunk beds (single beds, 150 lb. weight limit per bed), living room queen sofa sleeper
Full Bathroom: Main bathroom with tub/shower combo, and vanity
2nd Bathroom: ½ bath
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Enjoy the smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and cable, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a well-stocked kitchen. The private ground-level patio provides Gulf views and direct access to one of the resort’s outdoor pools. Guests have access to laundry inside the unit and all resort amenities including indoor hot tubs, fitness center, game room, and family-friendly activities.

Parking: 

This community offers all outdoor parking, so no need to be concerned about height limitations for a storage bin on your roof.

1) Pull up to the front gate; here the guard will let you enter the community.
 
2) Proceed to the office in the center of the complex; pay $27 for your parking pass and wristbands.
 
The parking pass is good for one vehicle and needs to be visible for the entirety of your stay.
 
Property restrictions: Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the expense of the owner of the cart/scooter/vehicle.

The Summit Beach Resort is a popular Gulf-front destination located on Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. With direct beach access and family-friendly amenities, it’s the perfect home base for sun-seekers, couples, and adventure-loving travelers.
 
Guests enjoy two large outdoor pools (one heated seasonally), two kiddie pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a fitness center with sauna and steam room. The property also offers tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball courts, and a game room for added fun.
 
On-site dining includes Bikini Bob’s restaurant and a beachside tiki bar, with a snack shop and gift store for convenience. Picnic areas with charcoal grills make it easy to enjoy outdoor meals. Other amenities include 24-hour gated security, a business center, elevators throughout the building, and coin-operated laundry facilities.
