Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to Lagoon Lookout, a beautifully updated 8th-floor retreat at Shores of Panama offering panoramic Gulf and lagoon-pool views. This condo provides guests with a spacious open layout with modern coastal design, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay.

The living area opens onto a private, 30-foot furnished balcony with Polywood seating—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails over the water. The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything needed for effortless meal preparation, while the full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, direct balcony access, and Gulf views
Guest Bedroom: Twin-over-twin bunk bed with adjacent full bath
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Sofa sleeper
Master Bathroom: Shower/tub combo with granite counters and upgraded fixtures
Guest Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub combo and modern finishes
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Located in the desirable 11-stack on the west side of the resort, this unit provides easy access to the covered parking garage and elevators. All flooring, fixtures, and appliances are recently upgraded, offering a clean, comfortable, and fully turnkey experience. Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and central climate control ensure year-round comfort, while the resort’s complimentary Wi-Fi keeps guests connected. Step onto your private balcony to take in the sweeping Gulf views, or head downstairs to the lagoon-style pool for a true Panama City Beach experience. Lagoon Lookout combines the best of coastal living with resort convenience—ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a scenic, worry-free getaway right on the beach.

Parking: 

All guests must pre-register online to purchase your parking pass(es) and amenity wristbands (RFID). After booking, we’ll send you a unit-specific registration link. 

This unit does not come with any reserved parking space. You may park one vehicle in any space that is marked yellow.

Upon arrival, you must stop by the onsite concierge upon arrival to pick up your packet. Shores of Panama allows one to two vehicles per reservation (depending upon the size of the unit rented). If you bring an additional vehicle, you will need to park off-site (details below).
 
Current Shores of Panama Resort Fees (includes wristbands + parking pass): 1 Bedroom – $85. Rates are set by Shores of Panama and may change without notice.
 
Onsite Parking Details
Use the main entrance (portico) when you arrive.
Display your QR code to pick up your amenity packet and parking pass.
Garage height limit: 6’10” – Low clearance and tight turns.
Oversized vehicles (over 6’7”) may use ground-level oversized parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Display your parking pass on the dashboard at all times.
 
Additional Parking Notes
Motorcycles: Park in the 15-minute zone near the main entrance.
Small trailers: Allowed only on the 12th floor of the garage.
Security: Property Patrol keeps motorcycles centralized for added safety and is available on site for parking assistance.
 
Offsite Parking Options
If you’re bringing an additional vehicle, you’ll need to park any additional vehicles in public beach lots nearby. The closest is Ripley’s Believe It or Not public lot, just around the corner.

Shores of Panama is a 23-story Gulf-front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach and, as its name suggests, perfectly situated right on the beach. This resort is renowned for its nearly 500 linear feet of stunning, white-sand coastline. Shores of Panama features a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, an indoor heated pool with hot tub, modern fitness center, 2 poolside tiki bars, and more.
 
Oceanfront views await you as well as limitless amazing activities, including nearby shopping and dining. Your private balcony is ideal for sipping a sunset cocktail before heading out to one of the many restaurants in the area.
 
While staying at the Shores of Panama, you’ll be minutes away from everything you could need! You’ll have access to beachside activities, watersports, and onsite beach chair/umbrella rentals. Wal-Mart is across the street, and you are about a mile away from Pier Park, Panama City Beach’s premier shopping and dining area. You are steps away from Pineapple Willy’s Beachfront Bar as well as Ripley’s Museum. You’ll be across the street from the new 810 Billiard and Bowling complex - with sports simulators, Krazy Darts, axe throwing, an arcade, a restaurant/bar and a Mean Mugs milkshake bar and many other dining, entertainment and shopping options. Like to golf? Signal Hill Golf Course is very close by. For the less serious golfer, there are multiple places to play miniature golf in the area. 
 
Also, there is now a poolside food hut and 1 poolside tiki bar! The food hut offers shrimp boil, pizza, salads, sandwiches, and kids’ meals. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.

Other details to note: 

All guests ages 8 and older are required to wear their wristbands while on resort grounds (including pools, beach walkovers, and common areas). 

The trash chute is conveniently located next to the stairwell, near the elevator on the same floor and side of the building.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
