Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

A washer-dryer is available for guest use. Before placing items into the washing machine, ensure that sand has been rinsed away.

This home boasts a spacious open concept living area with high ceilings and abundant natural light. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a large island perfect for entertaining. The master suite offers a private oasis with a luxurious ensuite bath. Outside, enjoy a private backyard, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. This two-story home includes an outdoor balcony on the second story, a huge TV in the living room, a dining area with all essentials, and an outdoor grill with patio seating. This home combines modern amenities with coastal charm, making it an ideal getaway.

Guests make park up to two cars in the driveway.

Beach Access: 

The Inlet Beach Regional access is the best access the closest. From our home, its about a 2 to 3 minute Drive. The Inlet Beach Regional Access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98.  Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces. A half-mile walk to the east is Camp Helen State Park and Lake Powell. Just offshore is one of South Walton's artificial reefs, a focal point for snorkeling and SCUBA with abundant fish, dolphins and sea turtles.

Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. 

Please take the trash can out the night before pickup. After pickup has occurred, make sure the can is returned to its appropriate location.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
