Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

This condo has beautiful views of the water! While unit #4 is located on the 2nd floor, there is NO elevator in this building. Guests will need to climb 1 flight of stairs.

Parking: 

Guests may park only 1 vehicle at Ramsgate Camp Creek, due to the limited parking lot for this small complex. There are security arms at the entrance to the parking lot. Parking is unassigned. NO golf carts of any kind are allowed on this property.

Ramsgate Camp Creek 30A houses a 3-story, 9-unit building. This Gulf-front gem is perfectly situated in Seacrest Beach, just minutes away from popular destinations along 30A. Take a short bike ride or drive to enjoy the fantastic shops, dining options, outdoor movie nights, and live music at The Hub, located one mile west. Head east to admire the stunning architecture of Alys Beach, just over a mile away, or play a round of golf at the Camp Creek Golf Club, only two miles from your door.
 
Conveniently located on the 30A bike path, close to restaurants, spas, art galleries, and shops of Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and The Hub. Enjoy easy access to bike and kayak rentals. The building features a spacious lawn for outdoor family games and a boardwalk for direct beach access.
 
Beach Access and Beach Service: Guests renting here have private beach access. The gate to the private beach is to the west of the property. Guests are encouraged to pre-arrange beach service prior to arrival. If you buy beach service through them online, make sure you click on Ramsgate at Camp Creek. Ramsgate Camp Creek 30A does not permit smoking anywhere on the premises.

A dumpster is located onsite for convenient disposal. Please bag your waste and leave it in the dumpster prior to departing the unit.
