Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

The home comfortably accommodates up to five guests with a private queen bedroom, an upper loft sleeping area, and a small sofa bed in the living room. The spacious bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower for added convenience. Outside, relax around the fire pit, prepare dinner on the BBQ grill, or simply enjoy watching the farm animals and visiting with the property's friendly farm dog, Thor. Guests staying on Saturdays may also enjoy the on-site farmers market when available.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the peaceful farm atmosphere, observe the resident farm animals, and say hello to the property's friendly farm dog, Thor. Depending on the season, guests may also have the opportunity to visit the on-site Saturday farmers market.

Outdoor fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit.

Children should be supervised at all times around farm animals.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.
