Welcome to Thor's Cottage! This brand-new off-grid tiny home on a peaceful 13-acre farm in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Surrounded by rolling pastures, gardens, friendly farm animals, and Thor, the beloved Great Pyrenees, this cozy retreat offers the perfect place to slow down, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of country living.

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Surrounded by rolling pastures, gardens, friendly chickens, and Thor, our beloved Great Pyrenees farm dog, you’ll experience the simple beauty of life on a working farm while enjoying all the comforts of a thoughtfully designed retreat. Every Saturday, take a short walk across the property to the Spring Hill Farmers Market before returning to your private getaway to relax and recharge. More than a place to stay, Thor’s Cottage is a destination for rest, simplicity, and grounding.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed
Common Area Sleeping Arrangements: Loft sleeping area and small sofa bed
Master Bathroom: Full bathroom with walk-in shower
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 5 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

Located on a peaceful 13-acre farm in Spring Hill, Tennessee, this property offers a serene rural retreat just 40 minutes from downtown Nashville. Guests can enjoy the quiet countryside, open spaces, and friendly farm animals, including the resident farm dog, Thor. Depending on the season, guests staying on Saturdays may also have the opportunity to visit the on-site farmer’s market.

The farm’s location provides convenient access to local restaurants, shopping, wineries, parks, and historic attractions, while downtown Nashville offers live music, entertainment, sporting events, and world-class dining. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this unique farm stay provides the perfect balance of tranquility and easy access to the vibrant attractions of Middle Tennessee.

Other details to note: 

This is an off-grid tiny home designed to provide a unique country experience with modern comforts. Thor is a friendly resident farm dog and may be present outdoors. 

Outdoor fires are permitted only in the designated fire pit. Guests must use the fire pit and BBQ grill assigned to their home.

Guests should respect the farm property, animals, and neighboring guests. Guests should not enter animal enclosures or restricted farm areas. Children should be supervised at all times around farm animals.

Designed by three talented teens as part of the upcoming television show Kids Who Flip. Long-term stays are welcome.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
