Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Designed by three talented teens as part of the upcoming television show Kids Who Flip, this unique tiny home celebrates Nashville’s rich musical heritage with signed guitars, music-themed décor, and creative design elements throughout the home. The bright, open-concept living area features soaring ceilings, large windows, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a private queen bedroom, loft sleeping area, Murphy bed, and couch. After a day of exploring nearby attractions, unwind around the outdoor fire pit, enjoy dinner on the private patio, or meet the friendly farm animals and resident farm dog, Thor. Guests visiting on Saturdays may also enjoy the property’s seasonal farmers market.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external security camera located on the property. Camera locations will need to be provided if they are active.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
