Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Laguna Dreamin' is a spacious two-story vacation home located in the Laguna Beach area on the quieter west end of Panama City Beach. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a private swimming pool, and the beach approximately a five-minute walk away, the home provides families with plenty of room to spread out while keeping the Gulf close by.

Inside, the home features a bright, comfortable living area with a TV and sofa bed, giving guests an additional sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and provides a convenient space for preparing everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to family dinners after a day by the pool.

Sleeping accommodations are arranged with families in mind. Upstairs are a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a guest bedroom furnished with two twin beds. The main floor includes a bunk room intended for children. The living room also provides a sofa bed. While the property can accommodate up to 10 total guests, no more than eight adults may occupy the home.

All four bathrooms add convenience for larger groups. Three feature walk-in showers, while the main-floor bathroom includes a tub and shower combination.

Outside, the private pool creates a relaxing alternative to the beach and gives families their own place to cool off, unwind, and enjoy the Florida sunshine without leaving the property.

The home has a private swimming pool. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in and around the pool area. Guests are responsible for following all posted pool and property safety rules.

The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests total and no more than 8 adults. The main-floor bunk room is intended for children only.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes’ policies else face fees and/or eviction.
