Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Welcome to Sandy Solstice, where easy beach days begin with a convenient ground-floor location and the sugar-white sands of Miramar Beach just across the street. Located at Gulfview II, this updated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo welcomes up to six guests for a relaxing Emerald Coast getaway.

Fresh furnishings create a welcoming place to settle in between beach outings. The living room offers space to unwind and converts into additional sleeping accommodations with a sleeper sofa. Twin-over-twin hallway bunks provide two more sleeping spaces, while the separate master bedroom features a king bed.

The bathroom’s two entrances make sharing the space more convenient. Guests can enter directly from the master bedroom or access it from the kitchen without passing through the bedroom.

With no stairs or elevators needed to reach the condo, bringing in luggage and heading out for the day is simple. Community pools and a grilling area nearby give guests more ways to enjoy their stay.
