My Happy Place
We have had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was more elegant than expected. Beds were comfortable including the bunkbeds! Kitchen completely supplied with everything you could need including brand new refrigerator. We spent hours every day on the patio with spectacular views of the beach, ocean and beyond. The longest we waited for the elevators was 15 minutes and thats in the middle of the busiest time. We will definitey stay here again!!!
Perfect location
This was the perfect condo for our group of 9 to spend a week together at the beach. It is spacious and provided everything needed to prepare meals in the gorgeous kitchen. We appreciated the beach wagon. It was very useful to tote all of our beach gear the short walk to the beach. A few restaurants, coffee shops and stores are within walking distance.
Magnificent
This unit is very nice! It is certainly spacious and furnishings are updated and very nice. We are a family of 5 that stayed in this unit. The thought that went in to what makes it home for a week was definitely there. I have a 10 year old son who somehow became a hotel snob. This won his approval and fast. I have to say in all my years of vacationing in condos, this one is superior.
I’ve seen negative reviews, however please keep in mind these are condos and the staff at the resort shouldn’t reflect the unit. The security staff did an excellent job. Renters need to understand that this is condo living on the coast. You are provided a complimentary roll of paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, however if your usage exceeds that, add it to your grocery list. They do not stock your fridge either, so just add paper products to your grocery list.
We had a wonderful week in an outstanding superior unit.

Pool + Beach + Golf Cart - Great Escape
My family of 5 had the best vacation staying @ 315! We vacation to this area often & have never found a more cost effective rental than this one. The connivence alone is worth the say. A short walk -or- golf cart ride to the beach, a brand new pool (heated -or- chilled), and the ability to rent the owners golf cart made this trip so easy and enjoyable for my family. Not to mention, you’re minutes away from Rosemary Beach.
The home itself was clean & in great condition -and- the owners were highly responsive from start to finish.
I’d highly recommend this vacation spot, hard to match the value in and around the Inlet/Rosemary/PCB beach area.
