Shoreline Serenity offers 1,681 square feet of indoor living space with modern amenities and tasteful coastal décor. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen area is designed to entertain, featuring stainless steel appliances, stylish backsplash, and ample seating for meals or relaxation. You’ll love the panoramic Gulf and lake views from your private balcony.

Shoreline Serenity was recently upgraded with a new HVAC system and hot water tank for optimal comfort during your stay. The flooring is a combination of luxury vinyl plank and tile, keeping things clean and cool underfoot. The unit includes a washer and dryer, smart TVs, ceiling fans in every bedroom, and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, and essentials like a drip coffee maker and toaster.
Whether you’re starting the day with a cup of coffee on the balcony or winding down after sunset with the sounds of the nearby fountain show, Shoreline Serenity delivers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. This is the ideal beach retreat for families, snowbirds, and sun-seekers alike.
Parking:
The process for paying for permitted parking at Laketown Wharf is completed by guests, so please ensure you follow the directions provided:
Soon after booking, 30a Seascapes will share an invite link with the guest. The guest will then use the link provided to pay for parking. Mandatory fees are determined by the size of the unit rented; prices range from about $80-$120. Please note that taxes and fees are subject to change based on sales tax rates and Stripe processing fees.
All Laketown guests are supposed to park in the garage only. No more than two cars are allowed per condo.
Guests may print their parking passes directly from the portal. If you are unable to print the parking pass, you may visit the lobby where the concierge will print them. Utilize the 15-minute parking area while visiting the concierge in the lobby. Then return to your car(s) and park in an appropriate long-term spot. Parking passes need to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles in parking garages without parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

The Laketown Wharf Beach Resort Area: Looking for the best accommodations and value in Panama City Beach? Look no further than Laketown Wharf! This gateway to fun in the sun is situated between an expansive private lake and the Gulf of Mexico. It resides in the heart of Panama City Beach’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment opportunities. Whether you’re booking a family vacation or a relaxing personal retreat, Laketown Wharf offers first-rate amenities and exciting activities suited to fit your needs.
Guests have access to 2 hot tubs and 5 pools, including: a zero-entry pool, a kiddie pool, an island pool, and a rooftop pool (with spectacular views). Please note that inclement weather (lightning within 5 miles) will lead security to lock entrances to all pools. NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES IN POOL OR ON POOL WET DECK. NO GLASS IS PERMITTED IN THE FENCED POOL (50 FEET FROM UNFENCED POOL).
Laketown Wharf also offers guests outdoor gazebos, a putting green, free covered parking, and a gulf-facing fitness center that sports a weight training area as well as cardio workout machines. Be mesmerized: gaze at the gorgeous water fountain and feast your eyes on a nightly light show, which can be seen from the 52,000 square foot boardwalk (and perhaps your private balcony)!
One of the unique features of Laketown Wharf Resort is the fountain music-light show that occurs daily at 8:00 pm. You can see this from the front door of the condominium or from one of the bridges in the lake (or even the island pool).
Didn’t have room to pack it all? Head to the Laketown Market for basic foods and beach essentials. Hungry guests can choose from 3 different restaurants offering seafood, chicken, tacos, drinks and more. If you have a sweet tooth, visit the onsite ice cream and candy store.
Laketown Wharf Closest Beach Access: Beach access for guests is on the righthand side of Pineapple Willy’s, which is directly across the street from the Laketown Wharf building. During peak seasons, the Laketown Wharf Beach Access Gate is locked between the hours of 10PM and 6AM (CST) for crowd control. The code to access the beach will be sent to you in your Safe Travels email.
Transportation options while you are staying at Laketown Wharf: Besides Uber, Lyft, and various transportation services to and from the airport, guests who want to get around without a car should know about the Bay Town Trolley.
Bayway is the Bay County public transit system that services Panama City Beach and surrounding areas. One-way passes can be purchased for $1.50 with special pricing for senior citizens, disabled passengers, and students. Day passes can be purchased for $4 and 31-day passes can be purchased for $35.
The Bay Town Trolley runs along Thomas Drive and on Front Beach Road as far west as Florida 79; it operates year-round Monday through Friday five times a day. Rides cost $1.50 for adults and 75¢ for seniors. Children 5 and younger ride free.
If you are looking for private transportation, consider Beach Boys Shuttle Taxi and Limo, which services the public 24 hours a day!
Laketown Wharf Resort is now employing a Guest Bracelet Program, enhancing convenience and security for guests. Bracelets will be in your condo upon arrival but remember to activate them beforehand. To streamline your check-in, please print your parking pass. This process aims to minimize waiting times, ensuring a smooth start to your vacation. To avoid replacement fees for lost bracelets, we encourage you to take extra precautions. Tips for Keeping Your Bracelet Safe:
· Ensure a snug fit to prevent slipping.
· Avoid wearing it in the ocean to prevent loss.
· Keep hands down on thrill rides to avoid it flying off.
· Secure it during water sports to prevent disappearance.
· Remove it when applying sunscreen to avoid slipping off.

Other details to note:
This unit sleeps 8 in beds. A king-size air mattress is also available, allowing for up to 10 guests. Please note that air mattresses are not guaranteed and may deflate or require reinflation during your stay.
Anyone over 12 years of age without a valid property wristband will be asked to leave. Guests will find these property bands in the kitchen area. If you lose a wristband during your vacation, you must visit the concierge with a valid ID and pay a $25 replacement fee. If your wristband breaks, you may go to the concierge desk and exchange the broken band for a temporary disposable band.
Prior to departure, leave all wristbands on the kitchen counter. If any wristbands are missing, guests will be charged a $85 penalty fee plus $25 per missing wristband.
The concierge desk operates from 10 AM to 8PM daily. For any arrivals outside of these hours, Property Patrol will conduct an after-hours check-in, with guests required to return the following day at 11AM to complete their unit registration.
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, there is an external Ring doorbell camera located at the front entrance. It is not monitored during guest stays.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

No pets. No parties. No illegal drugs and no weapons of any kind may be brought into the vacation rental.
Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed. (No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc.) NO exceptions. Clogs will result in guest charges.
Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarette use is strictly prohibited at units managed by 30a Seascapes. The costs associated with eliminating odors and residue (including HVAC system care, whenever such systems are present) have compelled us to take a firm stance against smoking in our units. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside common hallways nor on patios and balconies. Any clear evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a $500 fine for the renting guest. Thank you for your compliance.
If your unit has an air conditioning unit:
- Do not run the AC while any doors/sliders/windows are open (the coolant lines may freeze).
- Set thermostats between 70 and 75 for optimal performance.
- Guests will be charged for any service calls to fix the HVAC system if coolant lines freeze due to failure to follow established guidelines.
If your vacation rental has a balcony, the following rules apply without exception:
- It is unlawful to climb on or jump from balcony.
- It is unlawful to throw items off balcony (including but not limited to food for animals).
- If you must move indoor furniture around the unit, please put furniture back prior to departure.
- No indoor furniture may be moved to the outdoor patios or balconies under any circumstances.
- No items of any type shall be hung over or attached to the balcony rails.
- Guests shall not lean themselves (or any other items) on the balcony rails.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our properties do not accommodate parking for watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes/RVs, buses, or other similarly oversized vehicles.
The best way to protect your cold food items is to minimize opening the refrigerator door & assure that the air vents (between freezer and fridge compartments) are not blocked – if airflow decreases, moisture and temperature increase. Putting many room-temperature items in a smaller fridge all at once will warm up the refrigerator – returning to its cooler default temperature could take hours.
While we do offer free Wi-Fi, we simply cannot guarantee that it will work perfectly (or at all). To boot, Tech Support is limited in many areas. If it is crucial that you have reliable internet access, we strongly recommend you provide your own hotspot device. No refunds or credits are offered for Wi-Fi interruptions.
No refunds or credits will be forthcoming if guests are in violation of any policies or requirements and are consequently denied access to the property. No refunds or credits offered if amenities are made unavailable by the resort/HOA. Guests will be fined for any damage to the unit or its contents. Upon departure, take all personal belongings with you. Valued items left behind will be shipped at guest's expense and only on Fridays. See our shipping policy on the departure checklist.
Routine Maintenance: Resorts and HOAs conduct mandatory safety inspections annually—including balcony, fire alarm, and sprinkler system checks, along with quarterly pest control treatments. These services are scheduled during standard business hours and require access to the unit. Guests will be notified as soon as we receive confirmation of the scheduled service date and time. We prioritize your safety and privacy and will make every effort to minimize disruption while maintaining the highest standards during your stay.
Legal Matters: If you notice any safety concerns, please report them immediately. All guests understand and agree that Owner assumes no liability for loss, damage, claim or injury to persons or their personal property while on the Property, nor for any inconvenience, damage, claim, loss or injury arising from or related to any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity, internet service or plumbing; changes to rental assignments; website or brochure errors; weather conditions; natural disasters; acts of God; or other reasons beyond their control. Guest, for himself or herself, his or her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, and on behalf of each occupant of the Property, and such occupants heirs, assignors, executors and administrators (each a “Guest Releasing Party”), fully release and discharge the Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, and causes of action which any Guest Releasing Party has or may have in the future by reason of any illness, infection, injury, loss or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to any Guest Releasing Party during the stay as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the Property or in use of any item provided during Guest(s) stay, including bikes, golf carts or other recreational items, including any claims, damages, costs or causes of action due to the negligence, breach of contract or wrongful conduct of any Owner, and agrees not to sue and to hold Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from. By making a reservation you agree to adhere to all the terms, conditions, and regulations applicable to your stay while simultaneously obeying all local laws.
